Perfect timing was looking for some new clothing upgrades today!!
In Santo Domingo (rancho), while driving around I spotted the remains of a police shootout at a house.. Its right next to a road and so hard to miss when driving past, there was a fire which made it stand out and some police cars. Two Legendary jackets on the bodies can be found there, of the same style as the pants in this video. Somewhere in the the area, under a bridge I found some glasses on a body by some tents.
How do you get that cowboy hat
The one thing I wish about any of the items was that they would say what level or street cred is requirez to wear them, even after you met the requirements.

THE QUESTION IS. HOW DO YOU TRIGGER THE UNDISCOVERED MISSION
Does the armor rating scale to your level? Or are they set stats? Not sure if I want to get them until I level up more.
