  1. I'll start playing again when the next patch comes out fixing the perks. There are almost no passives that work. It's been a week since this was reported by thousands of people and still no patch news.

  2. Thanks for the work. I have been wasting ponts on Proximate Propagation, Warning: Explosive Hazard & Queue Prioritization. Maybe they will fix this later, but in the meantime I will change my build. Thanks.

  3. Loved the video. Found out I was waiting a perk on Queue Prioritization…

    Quick note:
If you start getting negative RAM regeneration, deactivate Feedback Loop. For some reason the bonus was staying and stacking infinitely. Don't know how easy it will be to test, but you notice it pretty easily if you abuse overclock and fill all the queues all the time.

  4. The fact that players need to check if perks actually work is infuriating. The whole perk/stats system is so fkin wobbly, really annoying. Nice job tho.

  5. Synapse burnout is fun. You can make an entire build around it that does 20k – 100k+ dmg when built correctly. Since it gives overclock duration, it gives you infinite duration on it too. Its 100% gonna get nerfed.

  6. I did test out the skill Precision Subroutines quite a bit and it does seem to work. To see the differences the best I compared no cyberdeck versus the cyberdeck which provides 20RAM when fully upgraded. I attacked the same group of enemies multiple times to test the differences. There was a noticable difference. Without a cyberdeck the bullets flew straight past the target, if not aimed almost directly at a target. With the 20RAM cyberdeck this happened much less and the bullets also seemed to lock-on faster to the next enemy.

  7. Excellent breakdown, it's a shame after all this time they still have bugged and very poorly or misleading perk descriptions. I also hate how you have to fill the core perks to max before being able to progress through the tree. For example, rank 3 of target lock transfer is kinda useless.

  8. I would really like to know whether all the cyberware cooldown reductions and duration extensions (such as from the Technical Ability Tree, Cyborg and Extended Warranty) also reduce the cooldown of Overclock (because the cyberdeck is a cyberware). Do you know this? Btw great video!
