0:00 1. Proceed to the Protein Farm in the Badlands
0:11 2. Enter the Arasaka Tower 3D arcade game
1:23 3. Proceed to Floor 52 (Stage 3)
2:01 4. Enter MRPHY’s high score room (IMPORTANT STEP)
2:27 5. Enter BLCKHND’s high score room & AFK here until 272 seconds remain (IMPORTANT STEP)
3:20 6. Proceed to the scret room
3:55 7. Input the code by walking into the numbers: 240891
4:27 8. Proceed to the next level (which will now be a secret maze)
4:48 9. Navigate the maze to the end & finish the arcade game (win or fail doesn’t matter)
6:00 10. Enter the following codes from left to right at around 4am IN-GAME TIME (IMPORTANT STEP):

– 527766
– 727862
– 632495
– 240
– 108850
– 204217
6:56 11. Interact with the 3rd file to gain coordinates & mission icon
7:17 12. Head to the location on your map & AFK on the mattress until 05:40am IN-GAME time
7:40 13. Player will begin having a relic malfunction and FF:06:B5 easter egg cutscene/sequence will take place
10:38 14. You now have unlocked the Mackinaw “DEMIURGE” monster truck

and you can’t play the new expansion without getting in the bar. Three years and is not fixed…
What’ve been nice not to pay for the expansion, considering I can’t even touch any of it with that glitch in place. I want a refund.

Anyone else having trouble getting the mattress thing to trigger? I've did the arcade and entered the code and got the waypoint but no matter how many times, it doesn't seem to trigger
Could that person be Garry the Prophet at the end? It may be just coincidence that he wears the same shoes with the tape on one of the boots.
But he talks truth, if you played the mainstory already, you know he tells what happens in a less direct way.
It is funny i finally did this secret maze thing and finished the game successfully also in time… but the end screen leaving the tower does not trigger and the elevator just freezed up 😀 luckly enough the side quest triggered 😀 finally got the truck! Thanks to this awesome guide!!

I did the whole puzzle, entered the codes, red the files and got the side job marker. I’ve been on this mattress for 4 in-game days and still nothing.
That maze was way too fast to comprehend where to to lolz

So how did u guys find the answer to it
Ok folks I'm going to lay it out step, by step.
But first, let me confirm, you do 'NOT' have to play the arcade game to unlock the monster truck.
1. Go to the building that has the arcade in it. Be there before 4am.
2. Call one of your vehicles and park it right outside the door to the building. Your going to need it. Bring a fast car.
3. At exactly 4am use the laptop in the middle of the room.
4. There is a total of 5 files to read, 3 under Messages and the other 2 are under the other tab.
5. Get in your car and drive, do not fast travel, do not skip time, drive to the location that Little Danny B shows on the map.
Pay real close attention to what he shows in the video. There is a wash-out headed to the road, on it is a cactus that has a dark top to it. Line that cactus up with the smoke coming up. The mattress should be roughly 60m off the road up that wash-out.
6. This is the most important thing. Try to be at the mattress before 4:50am.
7. Stand on the mattress, then kneel down. Now just alt + tab out to windows, watch a video, something about 9 minutes long should about do it. Not sure why, but you actually need to be on the mattress for 1 full hour for the coughing and passing out will happen. I had to do this 4 times before I got it right.
If you did all of that correctly, you should pass out and then wake up to the monster truck sitting right there next to you. Get it in and drive off. I drove back to the motel on the main road. Opened my vehicle list, and there it was. Right next to the truck you get from Dakota.
Yes, this does work. Suggest you go find the mattress, make sure you have the spot clearly in your head, then get a fast car and drive the route several times to ensure you can make it. Then do it.

I'm pretty sure this confirms what I always thought. The answer to what is FF:06:B5 has always been there as CDPR has stated before, but no one quite realized it. Only Humans can see the color Magenta because the human brain makes it up. What we see is not what is really there. What is actually there is far more complex which our brains cannot fully process so our brains dumb it down and make it the color we see. However the complexity is still there which is why we use it in printing to help create literally every other kind of color. I believe it means V is no longer human along with every other person who has mods and they all have some minor to extreme level of cyber-psychoses. I believe if there are any pure humans left in the city, when they see the instances of the code, they see the color magenta. I believe this ties into the Witcher and the reason the code exists in that game is not just because it's made by the same company. It's saying that like V The Witcher Geralt made extreme changes to his body, including his mind that made him no longer human, and as a result also can no longer see the color magenta.
I tried this shit for hours, retried many times, never worked once! I an hours doing over an over again the f-ing maze, because you show very badly where to go. The pads on the computers never lit up. I still tried everything but still nothing. Your video is so bad that is mostly useless. All of this is very frustating and for making lose hours of my life, I dislike the video.
Why the HELL would they make the actual arcade game so punishing. Like… Johnny has so little health. It doesnt even feel fair.
