Another case where you dialogue choices make no difference to the gameplay. An amusing bit of dialogue but it was one of those things that I thought I would do differently in a future playthrough, but apparently it doesn't make a difference either.
This "fail" is one of my favorites as well as the Street Kid opening if you don't chime in while Padre is getting threatened, not only does he actually assert some real gangster rhetoric to the kid threatening him but he just looks at you and goes:
