It's really not that hard. Just level up a bit, drop some points into brawling, craft Armadillo to get epics and load up your modification slots with it, and you can block her hits without taking damage unless she uses a Strong punch. Then Block and Counter her hits, and Strong punch when she blocks, and follow through with quick jabs.
First time I went to that location was for the gig to kill the dude upstairs. Killed everyone but Rhino who didnt get up off her chair. Fought her later and got my butt handed to me on a golden platter… then cheated the fight lol. Tried the same thing on another playthrough and she decided to agro me and got her dumb self killed. This time I did the fights first. Then did the gig with 1 kill and no agro.
Holy shit! Johnny was OP AS FUCK in his past life. I was leveled up on average here and still got obliterated by thier punches and weapons. Took me 3 tries to clear them out haha
