This is not the first time I’ve tried to recreate the Maja Felicitas Concept Art V (the one with the red hair). The cosplay concepts from Maul Cosplay and his wife Maja Felicitas were some of the earliest pieces of artwork for Cyberpunk 2077 I ever saw. According to what I’ve read, the design for both versions of V all started with the two of them. In many ways, this was the original female V before the E3 V.

What I didn’t know going into this was that CDPR made very sure that every single aspect of significance to this character would not be in the game at all. Until Patch 1.5, the eyes I use in this video weren’t in the game. The hair style featured in the artworks still does not exist in the game. The hair colour used in this video still does not exist in the game. Well, thanks to a little mod I put together, I can finally do something about that last one.

This mod is as simple as can be (which is naturally why I’m the one making it). Cyberpunk 2077 stores RGB colour codes in a file that controls the different hair colour schemes you can use in the character creator. After leaving this project sitting in my mod folder and marked as “WIP” since well before they released Patch 1.3, I finally got around to locating the correct colour file and changing the RGB. What we have now is basically something that was already in the game, but in reverse.
