Thanks to some tips in the comments we found a hard Cyberpunk 2077 breach protocol experience exploit. This is a really good breach protocol leveling cheat for Cyberpunk 2077.
You’ll need to find a camera, or any electronic device that can be turned on or off. Then you’ll have to turn it on and off. If it’s not giving you the normal amount of XP every time then run out of render range and come back. Do this until it gives the full XP every time. Then spam turn on and off as fast as you can until you’re max level breach protocol.
It’s a simple trick but it’s the fastest way to level breach protocol in Cyberpunk 2077 right now. It’s a really good Cyberpunk 2077 breach protocol cheat. It will definitely help you to level up breach protocol in Cyberpunk 2077 if you find yourself struggling to farm breach protocol xp in Cyberpunk.

Do you have to have the speed thing or no?
This is by far the best method Man. Usually when I farm on vending machines it gives me hardly any XP , but this is pretty effective. Also I made my own way , like when I run out of ram for the camera. I run down the street wait for a couple of ram to regen and as I'm walking up the street , I press distract enemies on the machines before I get to the camera 🙂
What also works if you have the perk Anamnesis (one rank will do)in the quick hack tree, you can mash the camera on/off option on any camera as fast as you can without running out of ram and earn tons more breach xp. Confirmed working on a PS4

You don't need to back out of the breach menu you can just turn it on and off till your ram runs out. Also if you get anamnesis you can spam it forever👍👍👍👍

After some finagling with it, The Camillo RAM Manager does appear to be kind of bugged out. Sometimes it will instantly recover four or five Ram and will have a 4 minute cool down. Other times there will be no cooldown timer and when the ram runs out it doesn't instantly regain any..
I dont get it.
Also, if you're trying to farm breach protocol the Camilo RAM Manager will not allow you to jump ahead 24 hours and reset Ram.
If you take into account skipping ahead 24 hours (when you're Ram runs out ) the Camille Ram manager is actually a terrible thing to have since it doesn't allow it to reset all Ram when you jump ahead in time
Camillo works. i can see it proc when doing the cam cycling trick

I found a quick hack skill shard and did the duplication glitch on it and made 500 of the shard then just consume the shard and lvl way up quick, the shard found on the upside down car in the wastes doesn’t auto consume it goes into your backpack in consumables so it’s easy to duplicate
Another way I found was to hold the quick hack button all the way through and press ping twice, then move down to the on and off until you are out of ram. It will do it all at once. I was able to get +4588 xp each time
I found something very interesting while trying this exploit.
When I started to do this when being in a vehicle and with full RAM (25/25 in my case), I could clearly spam it indefinitely. When my RAM reached 0, I earned 4 more instantly (probably something to do with my Anamnesis perk in Quick Hack) and was able to spam it again and again.
It literally took me 45 sec to make 35K XP at the exact same spot, on the same camera.

I. Needed this to level up my hacking fun
Doesn't level Breach Protocol anymore, but Quickhacking instead (game version 1.22).
This doesn't give breach protocol experience, it gives quick hacking experience.
Doesn't work anymore. You should make another vid which adapts to the latest patches changes. I'm trying almost every stupid thing to get this damn breach protocol to level up, but it's really hard. Even Athletics wasn't this hard to level up. Man, this is too messed up.
Idk if it's the 1.31 update but now this lvls quickhacking
