  1. Sorry Jingles, can't watch anymore since I bought the game a couple days ago, no more spoilers for me hahaha.
I'll be back for your awesome commentary once I finish the main story myself!

  2. Really wanna play this… but since the devs who really made it are already paid (not enough) they can fuck right off!!! Ill give my money to companys who see value in ethics.

  3. Damn the story and the „feeling“ of this game is so awesome! I don’t know if it is because Jingles gives us all the bonus informations and talking or so, but damn I love it.
Soon I will be able to play it too.

  4. Jingles thus far has been my fav to watch play Cyberpunk 2077. He knows the lore from the tabletop game and provides a lot of really cool insights into the world that the game often fails to tell the player.

  5. You know Placide pissed Jingles off because he got shot in the balls. Repeatedly.

Mikoshi is the word used for the mini shrine that gets hauled around in Japanese communities during festivals. If I'm inferring the lore correctly (very good chance I'm not), it means Arasaka seized a form of immortality in order to make its leaders living gods.

"'I'm a posing wanker' Japanese schoolboy haircut…" Hey, at least he didn't dye it blonde. That's the cherry on top of the wanker haircut.

I like Goro Takemura as well. Some Japanese can be remarkably duplicitous, and when Japanese bullies come after you, they do it as a team, and when called to account, they'll complain that it's not fair. The way Takemura's character is written reminds me of the old samurai in a good way, and not in the "verrry honourable!!" sense.

I'm thinking "green Chinese food cartons" is the food prop in the game, but seeing people eat out of them in a ramen shop is hilarious.

  6. Hilarious that "V" asks for any "early Samurai stuff" and there is a Jonny Silverhand record on the counter and a Samurai record on the wall behing the owners left shoulder! "V" might have "improved eye implants" but he is still blind as a bat! lol

  7. The Maelstrom quest and the VDB quest are the only 2 quests in the game that have different outcomes based on your choices…. uh unless you count the ending quest I guess.

    Seriously though…. it's really sad.

  8. My last play through I laid waste to everyone, which is a third option. No one got out alive – Netwatch, Brigitte, Placide, Animals, all zeroed and part of V's trail of destruction trying to save his own skin (and brain).

  9. damn, with every CyberPunk video from you, I appreciate this game's story even more.
Glad that due to my low ass retention rate, by the time I'll play it myself, I would have got so much more stuff in my head, that I'll forget what I saw in this series and would be able to enjoy the game pretty much clean.

  10. Am I the only one who kinda liked Placide during the first meeting? Few words kind of guy, who still could do some sarcasm. Hoped he would be recurring character (or at least see him later). Betrayal hurt like hell, was really pissed at him and VDB in general afterwards.

  11. hmmm, when you finish talking to Takemura, theres a ship coming into the harbour, right behind the back of Takemura. However if you read more about the world of 2077, the sailing across oceans is impossible, due to minefields under independent AI control. Those mines, replicate and attack any ship in the pacific or indian oceans. So how come theres is ship coming into the harbour?
