Anyone else find Neo's body at the base of a skyscraper. He fell at the beginning of the Matrix instead of going back into the building. Johnny wasn't happy when I found the body.
The Meth Trailer from Breaking Bad is also around, you see it during the Bartmass quest, when you go to the satellite dish waypoint. Maelstrom are present. (PS I have screenshots)

missed the terminator 2 judgment day one with the truck and the robot and motorcycle in some water run off canal, forgot what area it is in but that was a cool one to find and the cab with GlaDos voice and talking points about having us doing tests for her amusement.
Too bad you missed one cool Breaking Bad reference. Way in the southern Badlands, during the Killing in the name you come across a campint trailer. When you look inside the window you can spot something like a chemical lab, and bags with blue "stones" inside on the ground.

Here’s one. If you go back the the coyote after the funeral you can grab Jackie’s guns. They are identical iconics and I think one of the biggest things I want to see in the game is the addition of the ability to duel wield pistols so you can do Jackie proud.

With about 300 hrs under my belt, I can confirm that 19 of these secrets I knew about (killing Smasher in the beginning I knew but never did, for example) or found by myself. The Mike Pondsmith easter egg I never heard of before and never would have guessed, so thanks for that. Roy Batty on the rooftop I only found, because there is an Origami bird on the desk on the groundfloor, and the moment I saw that, I did shit my pants, because I knew I was up to a very exciting easter egg ( I was not disappointed). BTW, there is also a Johnny Silverhand piece at the memorial / burial sight.
And finally: Breaking Bad IS the best TV series ever to be created, period.
Now back to some more exploration.
You missed the GTA: San Andreas reference you can find at the mouth of the train tunnel by trailer park waypoint (the one with the clothes merchant who makes the 'outer this world' joke). You can find two dead bodies next to a busted bike with some loot and an amusing shard to read.
V: a man/woman who goes 192 kph into oncoming traffic on a motorcycle regularly without flinching and also screams at the top of his/her lungs on a fairly slow roller coaster.
In credits there is a passage, where is written something about Kojima wearing clothes of specific company.
I found another Matrix easter egg in Heywood thats very well hidden where you find a corpse of a men with a transcript of a conversation with someone named Orpheus. Its the whole conversation from the first movie where Morpheus tells Anderson how to get out of the office to escape the agent… its also the only random dead body discovery where Johnny shows up and comments on.
HIDDEN SECRET 21: In The Devil ending the researcher asks you questions that they ask replicants in Blade Runner (1982) to be able to tell that you're actually a human. Just another hidden secret people might have missed.
If you have a high enough skill, she will talk to you about her implants and even offer you a job on MaxTac. While the original trailer launched on January 10, Zane Jagger will tell you it was January 14 that she killed the 14. On top of this, the mission itself is name "Bullets", which is the name of the song from the trailer.

It's crazy how much depth this game has. I'm confident that with patches and future dlc, the game will really shine.
There’s actually a real easter egg for Neo from the Matrix. On the tops of a building you come across a dead body with a shard on him. When you read the convo it’s between him and a guy named Orpheus I think. Anyway it’s the scene when the agents come for Neo at work and he tells him to go out the window onto the ledge, but this guy I guess fell off and died lol.

Hate to be a nitpicker but that's likely not supposed to be an experimental sword, I think it's supposed to be like a half finished one; that location is a Kendachi factory, they make katanas and other melee weapons in-game. You can find the spring catalogue for their weapons everywhere, and the weeb jokes on the terminal are likely by an employee making fun of the catalogue format and the kinds of people who own katanas. It's pretty funny
Mister Blue Eyes might be a refference to the Illusive man from Mass Effect 2

There is another Easter egg in the original tower that Johnny out the nuke and if you enter the year into the combo pad it will open and it has a wall of names much like the twin towers.
i want a dlc about what we do after we leave the night city or judy's past life before meeting us.
The devil Card didn't popped up in my savegame after I broke the cube…. sadface
