Running a Core i5-12600K – 32gb RAM – Gigabyte RTX 4070 12GB card with 1440 monitor. Ran with the exact same settings recommended in the video. Benchmark ended up at 166 FPS average.
If you're not playing in a competitive FPS tournament frame rates is not that important, especially in a single player game. It's allot more important to get a stable frame rats. You will feel like it lagging if the frame rate bouncing all over the place even if it's between 60 and 120. Some times it's better to cap the frame rate at a lower Hz than try to get as high number as possible.
Thank you for this video. It really helped me
went from 35fps to 60 to 70
Wish I got that I get a shite tone of stuttering and only 20fpd and running a Ryzen 5 3050. 3600
2070 super with Ryzen 7 5800x3d getting about 90-100 FPS, thank you!
Great Video! Using your settings Average FPS : 75.53 , Min FPS 55.94 , Max FPS: 100.58 – PC Spec: RTX 2060 Super 8GB, CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 64GB DDR5 -6000, Win 11. If only I had a 30 series or 40 series. lol
I haven't got any of those tabs on my video tab so can't change settings what does that mean or am I missing something can u pls help
many thanks, gangsta
Killer video breakdown! I was already pretty close in my settings, just from a lot of experimentation, and this video will save people a LOT of that time I used. I run on a 3070ti mobile, so I went a little more on the FPS side, like having contact shadows off.
The one that I have off, that I'm immediately going to toggle on, is Lens Flare. I just don't typically turn it on, but the mention of all the neon has me curious to see. Plus, my current FPS floats between high 70s, in the most dense areas, to mid 100s, meaning I have room to add a little more.
RESULTS:
Ok, as I said below, I was already close to these settings, but I changed everything accordingly to match exactly – except my FOV is on 80, and my sharpness is on 75 (which I actually moved up from 50).
The result was that YES, I did get an FPS boost, probably between 5-10, enough to notice in dense areas.
As for how the game looks – it actually looks BETTER than it did before.
So, with these adjustments, both the look and performance improved. It's all about knowing which settings give you the most bang for the buck, and adjusting accordingly. I really thought I had it locked in, but these recommendations gave me a notable improvement all around.
Thank you!!!
Yeah sure, with your settings on 3060ti i have 45max fps
I’ve got a 3060 ryzen 7 5700x and this really helped my fps
You are saying unless you have a beast of a machine I’m curious – what you consider a beast — I’m wondering if my system will be enough to increase some of those settings —
I9-13900 kf
4070ti
64 ram ddr 5. 6000
Thanks for your awesome video
In other words would you increase anything with this system
Great info…THX!!! 🙂
Great video mate! I'm getting an average of 90 FPS after those settings and the visuals are still amazing!
Basically lower your settings to get more fps. Big brains.
If you enable FSR/DLSS you're already sacrificing quality.
