  1. I think one of the sad things here is that there is the implication that they could have put in much more work into visuals if they hadn't planned on dumbing it down to consoles in the first place. If this had been a purely PC and next-gen console effort, then who knows how much effort was wasted that could have gone into art, optimization, and bug fixes? What a sad compromise…

  2. I just think they should just stop talking and just show us they on the issues because I can not believe they were having issues with the old gen consoles when the game was announced 7 years ago

  3. I have a hard time believing that they tested old gen console and didn't see the real state of it. I'm gonna give them the befnefit of the doubt because it's not impossible (just highly unlikely) but if I were to guess, they probably realized that they were way too short on time to bother about them and decided to focus on the PC/Next gen versions, hopping that people would "forget" about last gen because of how good PCNext gen versions are.

At the end of the day, they didn't even have time to finish the PC/Nex gen version which lead to our present day with all the backlash they received.
But again, that's just my belief about what happened. I'm not gonna accuse them of anything (because who cares what happened exactly, the most important is that they learn from their mistakes (whatever it was) and fix the game).

CDPR has proven multiple times their worth when it stands to fix bugs and issues their games have so, I believe in them.
I just hope that they don't think underhestimate how important the issues on PC/Next gen consoles are and deliver on that departement too because if they don't they'll face another outrage which is not what they need.

  4. I've not even finished the game and I've stopped playing it, Probably didn't help me having 3 save files one for each life – I think I might come back to it in a year or 2, Maybe. . .

  5. For any of these CDPR bosses to say that this situation was a complete surprise, is just pure bullshit. There is no way in hell they didn't know the state the game was in, and that at best they were releasing a discount version of the game with half the game missing because of cut and unfinished content. If they released the game because they were reluctant to delay the game again, gotta say that really worked out since now we don't have a new release date but instead a whole f.cking roadmap of release dates to try and fix this mess. A roadmap. For a single player game. Yay.

  6. Over 180hrs, lvl 50 street cred, lvl 50, on base ps4. My roomie played through twice on base ps4 and loves the game. Not excusing mistakes, just saying… all that work didn't go completely unappreciated. Hope the devs know from the data.

  7. Big news from CD projekt equals= shitty apology for poor decision making
leading to more players asking for refunds
People just don't want to admit it CD projekt Red leadership just wants to blame covid-19 they want to blame last gen but they do not want to blame themselves for their failure!
Even if cyberpunk was just for Xbox x series PC and PlayStation 5 we would have the same result for the game same issues and the same lame-ass apology.
After all I have talked to people from PlayStation 5 PC the new Xbox and they all report the same issues that last gen goes through on cyberpunk. the issues are not exclusive to last-gen!
Even that leader from CD projekt apology video even said that it was a bad decision releasing the game
So many people besides him are ready to blame other stuff for the failure they don't realize if it was that simple they wouldn't be under investigation for they wouldn't be under investigation with the consumer agency they wouldn't be facing multiple class lawsuits if it was just because the last gen lol

  8. Honestly at this point I feel like they're just trying to bring back a dead person. Cyberpunk is dead! The majority of the player base are gone they got a refund. Not to mention it's pretty obvious Sony is not going to put cyberpunk back in the PlayStation Store until 2022 when the Next Gen update comes out!

  9. I still can't get over the fact that somebody on Instagram told me that just because the game is popular on PC that CD projekt doesn't need to make the game content for consoles because consoles are peasants. Even though people on PC reported the same issues that are happening on consoles lol
Stupidity in the gaming communities are just beyond astounding.
Just because I said that the game failed because of poor decision-making he try to tell me that I never played cyberpunk even though my Instagram I have my video of me doing Don't Fear the Reaper on hard mode I have pictures of showing that I have over 100 hours of gameplay that I made two different characters male and female and I even got Platinum for cyberpunk but yet again this person tries to act like a f**** middle schooler and say oh you never play the game you're just a pathetic loser. Even though this person probably old enough to be my older brother
Even if the game was a PC exclusive you would still have the same outcome of what's happening right now in cyberpunk

  10. If this game didn’t have all the issues it would be a masterpiece. Really hope they get it together because I really wanted to see how my PS5 was going to push. It’s a pain to have all the crashes and glitches. Definitely takes away from the game..

  11. 25 hours in, maybe one hard crash a day. People need to calm TF down christ. The save auto save mechanics are great. I got trapped on a roof with no way to get back up or way to get down without dying. There was an autosave just before jumping off the balcony. If this were like New Vegas where 1. Saving too much caused the file to get too large or 2. Not saving enough means losing hours of gameplay because a hard crash.

Game is incredible so far. STFU.

  12. I think that they did an amazing job as for the bugs and glitches working with such a large amount of content in not as big of the maps in the witcher 3 as the world of cyberpunk is so densely populated with npcs and quests side quests and activities and the fact of no loading screen made it not as easy to simulate it in a seamless gameplay environment that they were going for from the start however even with the bugs I have been playing this game since it’s release and still haven’t even played nearly a third of all of the side content out there I can’t wait for more updates it will be great to see this game continue to progress and turn into the seamless world rpg game that CDPR have really put their heart and souls into so bugs and all I love the game and I wouldn’t have asked refund or began suing them over the fact that their game wasn’t perfect from the start

  13. Look at COD for instance their was so many glitches and bugs in those games and no one ever sued them for that nothing comes out perfect first release date no matter how much testing and coding goes into it and I know CDPR will show everyone that this game is a success just by their amazing lore and backstory they put into making it so immersive and a great game all around
