It is the easiest but not most exciting way to play Cyberpunk.
Not sure but I thought the consensus was that neurotoxin does not work with contagion and I am pretty sure that Daisy chain is bugged where 1 level is better than all 3 as it says 10% reduced cooldown speed for all active quickhacks if that target dies, it seems to be working the opposite way where the cooldown goes to 10%, you can easily try it, short circuit a target who will die from it and with one level of daisy chain you can use it again straight away. Another two levels of Diasy chain make it slower as three levels means it has a cooldown of 30%.
I maxed out intelligence, but is it better to add skills to quickhacking or breach protocol first (I started with quickhacking on my first build)?
Nice build! I love the control you have over all the enemies, so I never get bored. Still, even if you do, you have plenty of attribute points left to put elsewhere to add interest to the play style so you don’t get bored.
Neurotoxin DO NOT WORK with quick hack!! – cool right now is useless for netruners pretty much. I can recommend some netrunner corp build full int with sippy that is aiming at the head (+ cyberware mod for smart guns) and when you hit 20 int go for short circuit on epic for that extra passive or any other quick hack. I also use mantis blades with electric modifications. Speed atack (or quick shoring guns) is all you need because short circuit pasive is your main damage source…furthermore netruner is OP even without it. That build is differential and very immersive and you don't need any tech or cold blood skills – only high crit chance ^ Typical netrunner is OP when you hit 20 int and imho after some times a little boring thats why I go for hybrid…

i thinke your charakter is cheatet oder bug using , because you used 20 int 20 tech for crafting legendarys and 18 to cool and to end 20 strenge for the Requirement for the Endoskeleton you are using
Acutally its more humane than guns are, as quick hacks except for the lethal ones leave the enemy down but not dead, whereas most gun builds are hard to stop to leave them down but not dead.
I agree that Netrunner build is the quickest easiest way to down any number of enemies. I dont see any downsides as you can still have powerful guns, armor, health and the only area that is poor is fist fighting but…get gorilla arms and you can do o.k. with low body attributes and perks in the beat the brat missions and knock down enemies if you wish with your fists.
Netrunner is more of a stealth type build. Using silenced revolvers is also stealth oriented or Katana builds rely on stealth but…it can go sideways with red skull enemies and Netrunner with System Reset is the only way I can stealth through high value enemies at a lower level (like 20+ level) as guns just wont do it (maybe an upgraded Overwatch with the silencer would work (as long as you get the one head shot kill, but you cant miss and if they are not taken out with one hit, forget it) but…as soon as you are noticed its all over.

Be careful with net-watch cyber ware chip. The net watch will start shooting at you. They know you have illegal cyberware.
Can no longer use quickhacks through walls, you need line of sight, and also contagion has been nerfed
What am I putting my other points into other than intelligence and cool?
Quick question.. idk if you will reply to old videos but I plan on using this build and I’m curious what difficulty where u playing on normal hard or very hard bc I’m curious if this build would be overkill on normal difficulty or would it still be overkill on very hard difficulty also or enemies would take damage but won’t die as often?
