Doesn't work with the newst patch on pc..it won't let you use it..it will say "action blocked" and you just literally cannot use any weapon..

the fact that you kind of have to cheat shows what a joke this game is. I have 3134 armor. Legendary gorilla arms and he still destroys me. Even when i use buffs

Props to you for being smart. I fought this man zero cheese, no heavy spam, with a stealth/blade build (glass cannon), 210 health on Very Hard and I am left asking myself…was it worth it 😂? I get hit, 1-2 shot = dead. Spent hours dodging this man and in the end mastering it, so much so it was as if I coded the fight myself 😭😭😭 You are the man. May none of you go through the hell I went through.

I play a reflex katana build, just dropped my sword and beat him with that, worked mighty fine xD
PS4 version on PS5 – the trick still works 😉
Patched on pc. But I found an easy way. Just have to hold your charged hit till he runs towards you. Once he gets close run towards him and hit him with the charges punch. Then immediately keep running in the same direction so he doesn't land a hit on you. Takes out around 3% if his health everytime. Luckily I crit him 3 times too. Did it in my second attempt.

All you have to do, Is pummel him sprint away, wait and as he starts to move sprint in and pummel, sprint away, repeat until he is done. The attacks are easy to read hence easy to escape. Not sure why a cheat is required. Took me no time at all to finish most fights using this tactic.

I used gorilla arms with no points spend on street brawler and only have body at level 3 at level 25. I just dodged and after he was done doing his three hit attack I beat the crap out of him. once he brings in his friends, just keep dodging as his friends can only take 1-2 hits. My money plus his was on the body, plus I got the rifle. was on pc.
Doesn't seem to work on PS4 (April 19, 2022). I'm not getting a prompt to pick up the weapon. What does he do at 2:40? He activates something. What is that? Do you have to do that to be able to pick up your weapon?
Does anyone know if there is a way to get the rifle after the fight if you don’t originally select the “nice rifle” prompt?
PS5 update: keep spamming "push" until he staggers off balance. Use it again to daze him then give him a few head shots. Repeat. Sometimes he get pushed back weird and you reset. But it worked for me well.
