  1. so, this got delayed coz turns out, the first video I did stuttered so badly. looks like the reasons, aside from nvidia shadowplay, are issues caused by Patch 1.2, issues with Vegas Movie Studio as well, and I also noticed that even GTA V started stuttering in recording (but buttery smooth in actual gameplay) ever since I updated to the latest nvidia drivers.

    after so much trial and error in adjusting cyberpunk graphics settings, there was 90% way less stuttering in the recorded video if I set the graphics to Ultra. weirdly, even if I set the game to Medium and even Low, the recorded video kept stuttering, but at Ultra, it's almost stutter-free XD
