It is possible to get back in and out of Konpeki Plaza to get the satori and iguana egg after the heist provided you have a car in inventory and the reinforced tendons cyberware.

this is up to date but PS4 PLAYER AND XBOX YOU CAN GET THE EGG BUT IT WONT HATCH

Just want to say the glitch works on the PS5. Satori was still there. Nice glitch that hasn't been patched, made it a mission to get Satori.
Tried this just now on PC (GOG) and this worked perfect.
I'll assume I have the 1.61 version of the game. No issues with any part. Getting out was a little tricky but all good.

Everything works. March 26 2023. Make sure you use the right elevator in the lobby floor. There will be 3 elevators in the lobby. 2 elevators are deactivated and 1 elevator takes you up to the conference floor. Good luck! Also, follow this video to get out of the area on to the highway.

You can get them during the heist. My issues is hatching the egg. Kept reading that you needed a bowl but is only available on the ps5 version. So idk now

Making the katana Satori only avalaible on the heist mission at a place where characters have no reason to go because of the emergency is a non sens and very frustratring for the players. Stupid devs …
