  1. Tbh when i heart all those pompous reviews from sellout “journalist”(like shithead Yong) without their own video content that was exactly what i expected, but to way lesser degree for sure. And was shitted by fanboys for voicing concern in “saint CDPR”.
God i wish we could play at least in 75% of what was promised, but sadly it won’t happen even after all patches and paid DLC’s.

  2. I don't really feel bad for Keanu, he did his job, his character in the game was pretty good, and he had good chemistry with the audience too. The game's reputation didn't really destroy his. Keanu's gonna be fine!

It's not like Vin Diesel and the actress whose name I forget, advertising that Fast and the Furious game, that was so bad. And (unfortunately?) that FnF game being bad didn't wreck their reputations either.

  3. I pre-ordered this. It had some of the most epic bugs. I recorded one of my motorbike doing corkscrews. You had car statues (multiple cars piled up into a mountain), people sitting down with no chairs. T-poses on the back of motorbikes. All sorts of crazy shit. It was so immersion breaking it was untrue. This game was so extremely rushed. I get the sense they dropped what they were doing at some point just before signing up Keanu, and went a totally different way with the story. There are some really intricate areas of the map but they have no function (pulled content). Super disappointing. I have about 200 hours on the game. The most disappointing thing to me was that some of the fun elements were patched out. I.e. the respawning enemies. It was fun to loot farm a bit. I haven't been back in months, I briefly tried the last patch but, oh dear.

  4. Those "1000 programmed NPC's with independent movement" people mistake for randomly generated NPC's, that's totally different than those 1000 programmed NPC's.
This 1000 is talking about things like Vendors, or NPC's in very specific spots in the city, like someone playing Guitar, or NPC walking into an exploding car, NPC committing suicide etc.

People are just really dumb and confused about clear language because just the perceived notion of the game being broken.

  5. im the same as well, i dont like 1st person shooter games, it good fov when shooting but for everything else that is not shooting is bad….you have limited vision, its nauseating etc. This is also why one of my fav games is the Metal Gear solid series because the default is 3rd person and you can choose from 1st/3rd when shooting, fortnite is also an example of a 3rd person shooter game. It doesnt always have to be 1st person when it comes to shooter games to make it good, that's like outdated design imo.

  6. the thing is is that the witcher 3 was a goddamn masterpiece. like its so good that people were already expecting a good game from them without all the hype and then it got SO much hype…and the game was never ready to go live what so ever. for me the biggest issue wasnt even the bugs for me it was unplayable due to performance issues that never got fixed

  7. it was a good game after the 1st patch that fixed most of the bugs. This is just a case of they should have delayed it for a few weeks to fix everything up, it was little technical problems that were easily fixed once they did it.

  8. Honestly its wasnt that bad, personally didnt really see that many bugs at all. It just wasn't special nothing that new or gamechanging. It was fine just not memorable at all, the world was pretty lifeless. gave it like a 6 or 7 out of 10

  9. I preordered the game and I didnt had any in my 40h playtime those bugs (PC) NOW there is alo alot of missing features. It is very funny and very sad to see those bugs its just I hate that they rushed with launch shame

  10. Dude I hate that cyberpunk video. Though it's entirely right, it was also peoples hype that hit em so hard hype culture is bullshit and is killing the gaming industry, because now the gaming market abuses that to sell games even if it's a junk unfinished game. The customers are just as much of the problem.

  11. This is why you do not pre-order games; however, thank you to all the pre-order trigger happy gamers who saved me a ton of money over the years <3. By the way, I just checked Steam, and Cyberpunk is still 60$$ kekw

  12. its not even close to detroit become human decision system where all choices have different possible ending 😀 in cyberpunk are only 7 possible endings and all of them can be choosed at hotel mission or on last talking with Johny in your mind

  13. coming from an African country where all these games either came out really late after global release or were too expensive for anybody to buy, I finally experience the hype of the huge AAA release for my first time with this game. It was really fun and It was the first game i ever preordered. I watched Shroud playing early and was waiting for my PS4 countdown even checking online which hour it would come out in the country I am now.

It was an experience of bugs. I have never seen a game this buggy. Even the gameplay 1st person shooter wasn't fun at all. I did play many 1st person shooter but the gun fights were the thing i was never looking forward to unless it was a big story boss.

The music, the story and the characters were all top tier for me but the gameplay and bugs were so bad they evened it out with how good the others were. I did play 3 times will the 3 storylines and I enjoyed it but really wished it came out finished.

  14. I dont care what anyone says, I love Cyberpunk 2077. Yes it had, and still has, problems. And I played it at ~30fps, sometimes dipping to 20, on low. It was a lot worse when it came out though. The story feels like they changed direction half way though, some areas are really detailed, some are linear hallways. Some places have insane content density, others are barren. I think CDPR needed another year of development, at least, but they were forced to release by shareholders and pressured by the consumers. I think if they had taken another year, maybe 18 months, we would have gotten one of the best RPGs, but they also would have gotten so much bad press for that entire time because "lol another delay" mentality. They've been sticing to Cyberpunk and fixing it as much as I can tell, I hope they continue to fix it, and make expansions for it like they did for The Witcher.

  15. I don't know.. it wasn't even just the bugs for me. The game itself was just not that good. Uninteresting characters. The city itself absolutely does NOT feel alive. The loot and rpg elements are so weak. Crafting is useless. The implants and that entire system is shallow and adds nothing. Even the quests are just boring and bad. It was a complete failure.

The best part of the entire game is Keanu and they wasted his talent in the way he was used. Just everything from the top down in this game is a disappointment. It isn't just the bugs.

  16. In my opinion, the whole story of CP 2077 with Johnny Silverhand should have been an expansion, while the story in the basegame should've focused more on the main protagonist V and his establishment in the new IP.

  17. Honestly I played the game on launch and I didnt have many issues with bugs. I had one gamebreaking bug where an NPC you had to kill to advance the story quest was glitched out in an elevator and I had to reload a save and that's it. Some minor graphical glitches maybe but nothing else stand out that i can remember.
My issue was with the game itself. I expected more of a rags to riches story from the first trailers which I think they scrapped once they got Keanu on board and the whole story just felt off to me. It was just pretty generic and your choices had literally no impact on the story except unlocking one hidden ending through some dialogue options. My biggest gripe was with the body modifications tho. They made it seem like you could do some crazy cyborg shit and really customize your augments and in reality it was just some additional equipment slots with like 3-4 choices per slot… most of them didnt even change how your character looks

  18. I was really disappointed with this game on so many levels… personally i didnt experience much of the bugs, but it was still a meh game at best, except for the music that i found pretty good.

the story was incredibly short, so very little to do even in terms of sidequests, zero replayability, optimisation was horrid (while i dont have a big dick PC, current games ran better than this smh)
