i think i know the mod's name. it's called cyberpunk: 2077 where your units have virtually infinite health and ammo. no leader because the place is anarchist haven which means anarchists fighting each other. no tank tech and navy tech found afaik but the infantry tech is so crazy. it does not only add hp to units but also armor but at miniscule amounts. division widths are really small because population is limited for recruitment. plane tech is meh but manageable. overall, as a new mod made within 4 years since hoi4's inception and even before that, a 8/10. do expect bugs since everything is so realistic.

My HP is set to Zero and there IS a chance to get killed, if i LET them. Dunno why.. Best game ever.

What a mess, what a shame…. I've noticed that nowadays the world is full of idiots in places of leadership. (myself have a boss who is an authentic donkey) They embarrassed developers with shitty policies, looking forward to launch the game to take advantage of Christmas's time and the launch of the PS5 rushing the entire development of the game. This is the sad result. An humiliation for CD Project Red but mainly for the great developers who until now were seen by us as real heroes.
