Since I get a lot of questions in my Cyberpunk 2077 videos about if the game is fixed now or if you should buy it, well, I made a full video with my thoughts on the latest version of the game and all new and old reworked features that CD Projekt included over the years.

  2. I played at launch on the base PS4 and stopped at the end of Act 2. Despite the technical and performance issues enjoyed the game alot. Picked the game up during one of the Winter Sales on Xbox Series S and have been enjoying my return to Night City, its amazing despite being 3 years I remember alot of the quests, gigs and NPCs. And the Throwing blade is chef kiss lol

  5. I bought it in 2020 but never played it cuz of the bugs. Started the campaign after Patch 2.0 and I'm in love with this game. The story, mechanics, visuals, cyber tech, everything! Def a 10 in my opinion.

  6. I paid £250 for the collectors edition – V1.1 left a nasty taste in my mouth.
Now I've returned to it and I'm currently doing the Nomad life path – a path I abandoned because I just wasn't interested in CP2077. – V2.1 opened my eyes! Damn, the game is good.

And Jackies' death always hits hard.😭

  7. I've been playing since day 1, and absolutely LOVE how the game has turned out. On PC I didn't have any game breaking bugs, and with each update things only got better. It has become tied for one of my favorite games ever.

  8. Easily my game of 2023.
Remnant 2 came next with Deadspace remake 3rd.
Resident evil 4 remake im halfway through but i cant stand that whining woman…res 2 remake was miles better imo.
Balders gate 3 is not my kind of game at all.

  9. The state the game released in will always be a big stain on the reputation of CDP, but they've earned a second chance.

As for the game, it was always good; but pushed out of the door far too early, as it stands now it's exceptional – especially the expansion, that was fire.

Hopefully they've learned from this, it would have been in contention for GOTY in 2021/2022.

  10. I like open world games the most. So I've been keeping an eye on this game for 4 years. Cyberpunk 2077 is right up there with RDR2 and GTA 5 for me. I bought Cyberpunk 2077 a few weeks ago, and then I bought Phantom Liberty a day later because I knew I was gonna want the complete game after playing it for a few hours. I didn't think I was going to enjoy this game as much, but I'm loving it so far.

  11. I jumped in after update 1.3 and they've done an awesome job of making the game better and better after each update. I mean it's been incredible really, how far the game has come. Only complaint I have is the nerfing of weapons like the Comrades Hammer, Lizzie, and the Ashura. Balancing the game has been good overall, but I miss what those guns were.

  12. people need to forget about the launch and what they heard or say. i hardly had any issues at launch and was on the PS4 pro. not to say it was polished but compared to other games that came out around the same time, I felt it was judged to harshly. but now on current PS5 and 2.1 this game is amazing. flawless game for me with hardly an issue at all. looking forward to the final patch.

  13. The game is an absolute blast. I strongly recommend playing through it once then again with a different sex/background/combat style. I also did all side quests/main quests first run then did all NCPD encounters/cyberpsychos/gigs/mains with alt dialogue second playthrough. Felt like 2 different playthroughs and extended my gameplay to 200 hours maxing two characters. Most fun ive had playing a story based long-form game.

  14. there is one more thing that wasn't mentioned this video..

Starfield actually boosted cyberpunks reputation. The outdated game design of starfield really made people appreciate and put into perspective just how ambitious cyberpunk was as an RPG. From lore, to the world and gameplay. Fully first person interactive world that allowed you control even during dialogue/story moments. Something that is hard to do which is why you don't see it and they generally lock you into a cutscene. That was the one that stuck out, but there were others.

  17. I’m not playing this game until 2077, like what I’m trynna say is that I’ll play the game in 53 years in 2077 to compare it to the real 2077. Also, I’m gonna replay Detroit become human in 2038 as this game also took place in that year in 2038

  18. The game is good, but it does still lack a few things. For example, no flying cars for us to drive. The on road car physics do leave a lot to be desired. Wish we could customize the cars further. The performance also does leave something to be desired, particularly the CPU performance. Ray tracing still doesn't look quite as good but does hit FPS hard.

Otherwise its a solid game now. Easily 8/10. V2.0 should've been the launch version from the start. Glad they pulled a NMS.

  19. I 100% disagree it's in an amazing state, unless you're purposely leaving things out. I'm playing the game again and I get a hard crash at least every few hours, the annoying bug of music staying on when getting out of vehicles. In the ending for male he had two left hands glitched. Also the silly bugs are still present like yesterday I was driving along and the car got flipped so high into air and badly damaged by thin air.
I could go on stating bugs but yeah I agree the game is so much better than it was but the all everything is forgiven rubbish that everyone has given is unjustified. Getting the game to a playable state which is what the game should have been at release is not CD Project Red doing something amazing it's their duty to do.

Yeah the game is great and putting up with some bugs is worth it to play this game and what's being added has improved the game so much I really hope lessons are learned but games going all digital will be an excuse for all game studios to release broken games with a fix it later mentality.
