You get there if you choose to have Johnny and Rogue deal with Arasaka at the end. It's no "secret" :)))
At the end of the game you have 3 +1 options to finish:
– take the pill that brings Johnny out. He goes to Rogue, they set up the op and deal with Arasaka. After finishing, you will wake up in that mansion (get teleported there). You can explore it and then a Delamain Flying ship takes you from that helipad to the Afterlife where you have another bit of business to take care of. So that is why there is no 'normal' way to access it. It's not 'cut content' …. The email on the PC are about that. Then roll credits.
– take the pill that sends Johnny back to sleep, call on the Nomads and take care of business yourself.
– take the pill that sends Johnny back to sleep and just give in to the corpo (real lame)
– decide that you've had enough and just bite the bullet right there on the roof.
I was really salty when you're given the safe havens around the map and you can't sleep there. They're just stash houses. What's the point when your car can hold your stuff??? I want to sleep among my Nomad clan!!!
Also, this house is in one of the endings. Not really secret imo.

Thanks to all for informing me this is an ending. I have not watched any videos on endings because I don't want them spoiled for me. So I had no idea. I have made changes to the thumbnail and the title and made edits to the video to remove any talk of it being secret or cut. Thanks for the fast responses! You all rock.

if you get in the mansion before the actual secret ending then dont take the jacket there .. I cant take it out of inventory or decon or sell it.
They made it just for the secret ending… to be honest it feels like the just connected the story cuz they were out of time and just said ohh u can play it fully.. rushed asf.

Awesome video, you should have made an end part where you can get back down safely which most of the comments on your video will be asking.
There are many videos of how to get to V's apartment and none of how to get back down safely.
