To nobody's surprise, this video is age restricted, has limited ads and most likely being hidden from the algorithm as a result. Hopefully you can view this content and if you'd comment and like the other videos to help them get seen and prevent YouTube from shadow banning me, I'd really appreciate that support. Thanks!
"Ghost Town" – Benson Boone, "Venus in Furs" – The Velvet Underground, "Shoot to Thrill" – AC/DC, "Fool on The Hill" – The Beatles, "Big in Japan" – Alphaville, "Epistrophy" – Thelonious Monk, "Losing My Religion" – R.E.M
"I can smell your lightsaber"
Leonard Washington
I'm glad you're having fun with CP2077 😀
If you don't want to carry a nonlethal weapon for cyber psychos, I recommend trying to hit them with your gun. They usually hit for around 3% of their health, so when you get them to around 10% just close the distance and knockem down.
Dr. Sir John Phallustiff reminded me on good ol Saints Row with it's flopping 1m dildo
That scene with Parker, I got into the room and went back out the doorway for a second. Which apparently failed the mission. She got mad that we didn't make out. lol. I had to reload my save. With nudity on, that scene is even more wild as it plays out longer.
If you slept, you'd get your car back sooner.
"In todays news, a dozen cops were assaulted, and some killed as a woman attacked them with a vibrating dildo!"
Judy having meltdown about Evelyn inside her apartment
Mapo: nah, i prefer some no tell motel fun
I hope you're enjoying NC uncensored & I hope you made the decision to play it like this for your own experience. I hate seeing this stuff getting demonetized. I'll drop a couple comments for sure tho!
I'm sure your Patreon members told you already but that Evelyn quest wasn't really done & ultimately you need to go back to Judy's apartment to see the rest of the main story play out. You cant finish the game or access Phantom Liberty until you do.
I haven't finished the video yet, so maybe you already went back to solve this problem.
You're the only person on YouTube that I regularly watch play games. I only watch the ones I've played.
I'm really enjoying your playthrough.
Poison and all other status damages are non-lethal. Hitting an unconscious body with ANY damage (even non-lethal), even as they are falling down from the last hit is considered double-tapping, therefore lethal. Poison, fire, etc will knock people out and stop immediately without killing them unless you hit them again as they die.
Why on earth he just leave Judy and Evelyn behind lol
3:20 That is the look of a man who has received the mating signal
"There's a cyber psycho round here…"
Of course I know him, he's me.
Yeah there's mods to do drink and eating animations at bars and other places
* Mapocolops does not listen to instructions when he is too busy looking at everyone's fashion*
It's awesome that you're making fun of yourself as you play.
Hey mapo, for a bit of fun I'd take Jackie's bike out or buy the Akira bike and practice drifting around corners, very fun during chases
Rainy Night City >>>>>>
your V leather creaking all over the Night City is so funny to me but also such a nice touch from the developers
Mapo, glad to see that you moved your cam! I like seeing what you pick up or where the money goes, though it still covers some stuff.
have you considered a spot on the right side of the screen – above the control reminders and below the quest objectives? seems like a pretty empty spot for me – and it won't interfere with phone stuff
Left the Errata Thermal katana just sitting in the furnace last episode. Looked dead at it too.
Probably a top 5-10 weapon in the entire game.
FYI, "Venus In Furs", in addition to being a song by the Velvet Underground, is a 19th-century novel by an Austrian author named Leopold von Sacher-Masoch…whose name is the source of our word "masochism." This may give you some idea of the book's content. 🙂
1:43:25 – I knew this implant will kill somebody, only a matter of time Lmao xD
Keep up the good work you have peaked my interest in the story.
There's a detail about Cyber Psycho fights, no matter if you bring them down with a rocket launcher to their face, you won't kill them, once they're down they enter a state where you can actually kill them if you keep shooting, so you don't need to be careful during the fight, just use whatever you want until you knock them down, lethal or non lethal.
A true RPG game that respects players intelligence, would've asked the player do what Mapo tried to do, wear them down and use a non lethal weapon to finish him/her off, that would have justified the existence of this game mechanic, but since we live in the age where game devs underestimate players, they decided to render one of their gameplay mechanics completely pointless, because non lethal mods and playstyles are worthless.
If Cyberpunk 2077 was the RPG game they promised and advertised for years, Non Lethal approach to combat and missions would be either rewarded or punished, it would change how others perceive or interact with out character, it would open new paths and options in quests or dialogue. And in the case of Cyberpsycho missions, it would demand the player to put attention and engage with this game mechanic.
Oh I'm sorry, I forgot CP77 is an "Action Adventure" game so it's ok, my bad sorry, I'll shut up now… (I'm still hurt).
Guy with game and girl with penis burn a city.
hey mapo idk about controller but at least on pc you have like a quick menu to change your grenades and health items, you probably already found the input on controller but its worth a shot, also if an enem makes you do a pem explosion the dmg can kill downed enemies, thats what killed that maelstrom close to the monk
I find the best spot for my vanity cam [ha!] is on the right side just above Draw Weapon. I would have liked an expanded role for Meredith…if she had given V a couple of gigs and turned up the heat, the, er, climactic meetup would have been less off the wall. Nomad V gets something extra from Meredith if he finds the name of the Militec mole. LOL…censorship in and of this game is a joke, makes no sense. The Lizzie pistol is one of the best in the game although you will still want your silenced pistol…pretty much a necessity in the game. Cyberpsychos are mini-bosses…taking them down non-lethally is pretty tricky. Ooooohhh…using the Lizzie pistol or a Lexington will win that shooting competition, that Nue that's set out is a loser. It's useful to collect and upgrade weapon mods as your weapon level rises. But be careful…you can't remove or replace the mods, so the wrong one will spoil your weapon's utility. LOL…yes, same VA as Dex. I didn't notice that for a long time…but the Dennis voice pops up in a lot of places. He's also the Trauma Team member that picks up Sandra Dorsett and V's assistant in the Corpo prologue. If you play this one on Very Hard, you've got a big fight on your hands in Big In Japan. Or maybe I'm just garbage at sneaking around while carrying a body. Yeah, that voice change was really jarring….can't imagine why CDPR let it go out like that. Those Maelstrom goons in Losing My Religion are the most fragile enemies in the whole game. Normally, they can take a couple of shotgun blasts to the face before they even slow down. Best tactic is to distract and take them down by stealth. But then the monks are pacifist morons too. Good Play! Yes, doing lots of side jobs, gigs, etc. between main jobs is a good move.
Very good video.
You could try putting the face cam over where the mini map is on the ui
Lizzie is a really good stealth gun! 👍
Backseat tip: Almost all damage-dealing quickhacks, such as overheat, are nonlethal. Overheat is one of the most convenient ways to take down cyberpsychos nonlethally if you're using a cyberdeck.
The first time I unlocked that particular blunt weapon, I did an entire playthrough with a blunt weapon melee build and just went around slapping people in the face. Smile on my face the entire game, so funny.
10:47 Damn,I've never heard Mapo laugh that hard lol.
Man having too much fun with the dildo weapon 😀
The Cyberpsychos get "knocked out" whenever their health bar drops to 0, as long as you don't do any damage afterwards they'll still be alive.
all main quest have "breather" in them, like this one "wait for rogue" so it's not like constant main missions
1:03:06 I'm guessing he didn't start watching Edgerunners at this point huh? Shame to miss some of the references, but I'm so glad that he started watching now while still playing.
nice
Even when using lethal weapons, you can subdue enemies by shooting at their lims. Just be careful not to shoot again once they run out of health. Same goes for non-lethal weapons. Those can still be lethal if you keep hitting the enemy after they are knocked out for instance.
Another tip which i believe is helpful is that skill checks scale with your level. Hence why in many instances you've not been able to do them because of one point. The game kinda makes you specialize on specific skill trees early on so it is not good trying to be a jack of all trades. Sucks but that's how it is since a few updates later after release.
That is how you start an episode, lol
Poison is nonleathal damage
Surgeon at 1:28:00 is a reference to The Office, episode S6E21
I've only watched half so far so maybe you've already discovered this but I would check out the crafting tab – you can craft bullets, guns, mods etc as well as upgrade some of the guns you already have. You can also convert the lower tier scrap items in to blue so you'll have more raw materials to do upgrades on your cyberware. Crafting things also gives you points for technical which you are already building up so it's win-win 🙂 And also consider switching up the Lynx Paws for the Double Jump cyberware. They can come in handy in getting to locations that would be impossible to reach otherwise. Plus it's fun to see NC from higher up and can be helpful during fights as well.
I’ve never won the gun range without using the Lizzie which just makes the competition a joke at that point. With the line Lizzie you are finished long before the end. Nice job Mapo!
