I remember defeating razor hugh with only 1 legendary implant i have, the gorilla arms, everything else was common and rare. Didn't know what i was doing that time, That was on first few weeks of release, still buggy. The other implants that help me was the biomonitor, blood pump, and the shock n awe implants. It was a grueling battle that lasted like more than 5 mins or so, I can't remember what level i am that time, but not 50 for sure, large amount of points are allocated on useless passives. (I said useless because i have passives for netrunning but what i usually does is to run and gun/confrontational, i rarely hack torrents, and rarely does quickhacks.) Fun times.
I remember only being able to use the apartment after a certain ending
