Unlisted changes in Cyberpunk 2077 patch 1.3/1.31. I started a new playthrough in patch 1.3 and took notes of the unlisted changes I noticed.
Some changes that I didn’t include:
– The runes/markings on the Black Unicorn
– The Slaught-O-Matic guns no longer drop on the floor during cut scenes like Oda/Smasher fights
– Some melee enemies (at least in the Secret Ending) tend to use their pistols more from a distance
– The first land mine in the Parade mission was moved
– Weapon nerfs (?)
– The reveal location occuring more often may be tied to the faster detection so I didn’t include that in the vid.
– 1 Listed change that I found weird was adding loot to Adam Smasher (since you can’t keep the loot, it might be in preparation for a NewGame+)
– I couldn’t access the stash on Bikes?
– I mentioned the bully mod appearing more frequently at some clothing stores, it appears somewhere in between 30-40 street cred, could be 37.

I’ve been getting more bugged cops than I ever have before. Frequently, they’ll aggro on me for no reason whatsoever, and I’ll have to reload a previous save to fix it. I never had this bug prior to 1.31.
I noticed the change in ads (especially the Orgiatic ad) and thought I was losing my mind!
On edit: oh, I noticed not being able to access the stash on bikes, too. I never could access it on Jackie’s Arch, but I used to be able to on Scorpion’s bike and now I can’t.
Excellent video, stacks of small changes. I found a new Arch bike down the hill from Kerry's mansion, lime green that you can steal. there's a guy beside it on the phone making a drug deal, lol.
Take care mate.
How long does it take you to complete cp? Do you do all the side quests ?
I'm so glad the Fortuna mods are appearing in shops again. My 100% crit-chance, max-movement speed character can finally have alternate outfits 😊
Is a netrunner build still good and if so what's a good build I am gonna.play for my first playthrough I played a katana build.for.about 14 hours I didbt play any of main mission tho and honestly I didn't see.many bugs at all aside from sometimes voices overlapped each other on standard ps4
Thank you this was so informative
Stache is only available on vehicles that have a trunk, the cars. Although the Apollo bike has box in the back, bikes don't have access to it.
The basic gorilla arms should have spikes for bleeding.
I want the rockers heart crystaljock bomber jacket. It was in a fixed spawn before but it’s not now ;-;. It’s a black and red version of Johnny silver hands jacket instead of brown and blue.
Another great video! Thank you!
I've been meaning to ask if you have a certain approach to leveling your characters to level 50? I recently leveled up to 50 for the first time. My previous characters never reached that level.
However, to achieve it I did a lot of random shooting and almost every available side quest or NCPD event I could find. I'm not going to mention how many hours I've put into the level 50 character haha. Anyway, do you have any tips for leveling?
80% are still waiting for that tp view
I’m on my first play through so I don’t know when they removed this, but You can’t get Jonny silverhands arm anymore. I completed the quest and it wasn’t there. Apparently they removed it sadly.
They really need to add a way for male v to get max tac I was so confused when I found out there is simply no way to get one of the coolest sets in the game.
There are a few more unlisted changes, I think.
– Katana variations have the proper effects applied to them now, and the variations are much more common and more varied(Electrochemical, Electrothermal, even the famed Thermal one, etc).
-Weather varies much more often now, with the entire weather system being built again from scratch, you also have more weather types in the game now. Sandstorms may occur randomly in the game world, both in the City and the Badlands.
-The gang reputation system(the one which decides how much gangs aggro you in the open world, and the one that also is responsible for the amount of backup/security in a gig) has been improved, making it far more consistent. Gigs also cause changes in how a gang perceives you more consistently now.
-The open world now has functioning vehicle chases(although they're still buggy to some extent), but they are a bit inconsistent in their appearance and spawns. However, I did get the Tygers to ambush me with a car in front of the Afterlife, and they did chase me.
– I haven't had this one happen to me, but I heard about it from people on the subreddits, and on the discords, that Arasaka cars/patrols now can spawn and chase you in the open world, especially after the Parade.
– As for the Gorilla arms thing you mentioned, that existed pre-1.3, but was buggy and randomly appeared or disappeared.
-Cameras detect you instantly on very hard now I think.
-Like you said, AI in general improved quite a bit, especially on very hard with enemies working together to bring you down now.
There are probably more changes, but this is what came to my mind right now, I'll update it if I remember more/find more!
Great vid!
Would I be able to go back to get death and taxes? Sucks if not, since I wanted to do a run getting all iconic weapons obtainable for a playthrough.
So you can only get the MAXTAC if you're female V. Pretty fucked up. It's like they only want you to play a strong, brave, weman.
What platform did you play on?
Cool.
Some of these things I definitely noticed myself too but didn't really realize they were actual changes until now.
Thanks for listing the changes 🙂
Now all I want is them to fix the unlootable deck of cards in V's appartment because it's hurting my lootaholic inside me 😀
I still haven’t gotten the game but been wanting too. ya think it’s worth it?
Love this content. Thanks man.
but the ai was still dead.
This game will be good someday I no it will
