You don't need to move the car, you can run between places and you won't be spotted and this takes a long time to get a decent amount of experience.
This works really well to gain streetcred fast, I got to level 20 with only 1-hour grind, you can farm money here quite easily too

There a really fast money glitch in the game I don’t know how people don’t k ow about it. Basically on the mission called I walk the line, there is a part of the mission where you fight a boss I forgot what it was called. I think it was Sasquatch, but basically you need to make sure you kill all enemies that are around the area so your able to save the game. Once you kill them, you have to kill the boss and it gives you 30k the save you game and then load the game. After that you will see the boss on the ground and you able to kill him again and he will drop 15k. Then it’s just rinse and repeat until you get as much as you want.
Blowing up the car is fine I’ve done it accidentally before and nothing happens if it blows up just repeat the process

That is an event there guys not a glitch … basically there is a party after 22:00 ingame time .. you dont have to sneak .. if you dont shoot at that guys dancing in the middle there ur fine farming xp … event keeps from 10PM untill 6AM then u just have to exit the area and skip time 16 hours … you can do this to lvl up your char before the heist … it took me like 3-4 hours to make lvl 50 street cred there and i didnt even went with jackie to get the flat head…also you can buy anything from Vik for free if you do this before you go to him … all you need is cash … and 1st time when you go to get kiroshy eyes and hand processor buy everything you want .. without paying vik 😀
