  1. The main complaint I have about CP2077 is the fact that you can finish the main quest in such a short time and while you're playing through the rest of it, you keep getting the 'Meet Hanako at Embers' popping up annoyingly every time you finish a quest.

  2. You know, my first playthrough I went with suicide, knowing it's an option, I liked that it would end that way, no more killing, no more destruction, just what Johnny told me to do at the apartment the first time we met. And I roleplayed as a more broken V, tired of it all in the end.

    But…

The video calls at the end crushed me, I even let out few tears and got chills, still stuck with it, I think a tragedy and a way out on your own terms was very fitting for this particular setting, the others are too epic. Nomads ending is the best for V though, imo.

  3. You should know, the call on the rooftop is more than just cool flavor text, it's actually how the game confirms what romance option is "canon" for your V. You're allowed to pursue as many romances as you want, you can even cheat technically, but you can only make one call on the rooftop, and once you do, the game treats that as your One True Love. If you choose to make no calls, the game treats you as having romanced no one, which is kind of an odd choice, but that's how it is.

  4. This is my favorite ending in terms of narratove and the whole setting. Lots of new information and situations that are only here (Michiko, Saburo, Yori, Jake (if send him to Vik), etc).
I feel most sorry for my boy Takemura. He believes that Arasaka really wants to help V. But Arasaka's 40-year manipulation will always pull the wool over his eyes. But you can see he started to doubt (body language and he even stops saying "Hanako-sama" but says "V-san"). I read that he was supposed to say that he was going to Japan to supervise "research into the V's case", but they cut it out.
And Im waiting for The next of Cyberpunk endings!

  5. It's ashame the game was given such hate when it came out. And most people didn't read reviews and realize it was mainly console players who were upset as the game literally looked like a super undetailed, bland, middy textures game that barley ran. Not that PC didn't have issue per say, but many of the issues were not world ending. At least for me I never had and big issue. Maybe sometimes I'd see a crow of people walking in the air. Or a car half sunk into the ground. But no glitches on my end.

After Phantom came out I played the game again and obviously they had ironed out many issues on PC. No more crowds surfing for example. And it ran a bit smoother. The base game is indeed amazing. But Phantom is even better then the base game. I can't wait for the next game. Even though they haven't said when it will be done. I'm going to guess 5 years or more.

  6. Personally, I think there's a poetic feeling to this ending that goes along with corpo lifepath. Being a slave to the system from the start, and being kicked out of it mercilessly. Struggling the whole playthrough trying to fight it, and then finally crawling back to the feet of this very system to either become a walking corpse or a slave to it again. Despite being a cyberpunk story, there's an almost classical tragedy of beauty here.

  7. The suicide part, yeah its a great ending for those in the real world. As someone who almost tried twice in my life, knowing the pain I'd cause for those behind is what stopped me. It just causes a ripple effect that then causes others to become depressed and maybe even think about it themselves.

  8. There's a funny easter egg on the NC metro where sometimes Johnny appears sitting down next to a paper pigeon and holding a burger referring to "sad Keanu" meme

  9. "If planting bombs is not enough. What can you do? You become bomb."
Makes you think if Yorinibu knew all about the heist and let it happen.. Maybe he was trying to finish what Johnny started.

  10. I really like the Arasaka ending, because its basically the beginning to Altered Carbon. You are witnessing the creation of Cortical Stacks ("Secure your Soul") and the rise of the first immortal Methusalem (Saburo Arasaka). All the problems arising from this tech (some were shown on the TV screen between the tests) are discussed in much more depth in Altered Carbon and I can only recommend reading the books or watching the show (at least the first season).

  11. 42:13 When you see the thanks for playing message after the credits click the "one more gig" option. It'll take you to before you talk to Hanako and it'll give you everything you unlocked in that ending
I really can't wait for the Aldecaldos ending. I hope he calls Judy when he does it

  12. Cyberpunk is such an amazing game. It didn’t release in the best shape, but that wasn’t actually CD Project Red’s fault, the decision was out of their hands, they were forced to release. However, they more than redeemed themselves with subsequent patches and especially with 2.0 and Phantom Liberty. It’s such a well done expansion to what was already an extremely well done base game.

I can’t wait to see how they do with Cyberpunk 2. I just hope I’m still alive by the time it releases 😛

  13. 48:51 ngl, this scene hit SO HARD, you, being on your kneel because of the relic, looking up to the people that sentenced you to death by that said relic and taking their hand.
That's so the "You didnt learn anything about what this city taught you" ending

  14. The Devil (Return to Earth) was my first ever ending I experienced and it's so wonderful to see fresh eyes experience exactly how I felt with that ending. It was the first time I felt physically depressed after a video game ending, it was so emotionally impactful. I truly regretted my decisions picking that ending afterwards.

I'm excited to see your reactions to the final two endings, they are both my favourite endings, with the "attack Arasaka with Panam" ending being my personal canonical ending for V. 😊

  15. 1:32:05 I AM SO GLAD you saw that, I can't count how many streamers I've seen take that moment to talk to chat or generally not pay attention anymore, when that revelation is seriously one of the most wild and sickening moments of the game.

  16. I really like this ending, probably my 2nd favourite in terms of the vibe it gives. I was actually so scared and panicked when I realized it's an orbit station. As someone who was locked in a psychiatric hospital before this hits way too close.

  17. I still wonder, with the "Langley Ending", could Johnny have come back in a created organic body after 2 years? You get your life back, and no chrome, but he would also get another chance. With the use of the Cynosure tech, was Johnny's engram destroyed or partitioned off? What exactly happened to it? I played through that ending, and I don't exactly remember.

  18. Cyberpunk 2077 has so much effort put into different endings that reveal unique details about the story, world, characters and many people will only see one of them because they only play the game once.

  19. So glad you're taking your time going through all the different ending. This is what makes Cyberpunk so amazing, all of the individual endings add something new to the narrative and carry so much emotional weight.

The Devil endings are interesting in that they reveal Yorinobu's true intentions. His goals align very much with Silverhand's in that he's seeking the destruction of his father's company. But where he differs from Johnny is that he realizes that only from within can he destroy Arasaka, and if it wasn't for V's meddling, he may have succeeded. These revelations only serve to make the Devil endings that much more tragic.
