OK so Luke Ross has worked his magic and given us a new REAL mod for Xmas and it completely eliminates shimmer and halos when playing Cyberpunk 2077 in VR! I don’t know how he did it but this is a native VR feeling experience now. It even makes Legacy AER look amazing! So if you haven’t played Cyberpunk in VR yet, or have tried and left because of the shimmer,. you MUST get this new mod and try it again! You won’t be sorry! This is awesome! Played around with this mod last night and was quite impressed, Night City looked amazing.
QQ, when I revert back to 2D mode, I’m getting a lot screen tearing that wasn’t there before installing the mod, to the point that it’s unplayable in flat mode. Been messing around with settings but haven’t had much luck. Have you ever experienced anything like this when going back n forth between VR & flat?
What are you referring to when you say "synced cameras"?
The last part of the mod I would love to have is world scale 6dof. The ability to use your real feet to walk and run in the game at times would be so immersive
Love what Luke Ross has done; I hope it makes more developers decide to try adding this in.
Hi Doc, this is awesome new's. Hope you have been doing well. I finely was able to get me a 4080S, funny how life work's out some times. I went back to watch some of your older videos, and I was wonder if you are using the same Mod's for Cyberpunk in VR from a year ago? If not could you please give us a update of the best Mod's to use in VR if you have found anything better that work's with Luke's Mod. Hope you have a great day, and thanks for all Info.
Have your in-game graphics settings changed at all with the new update too?
Would you happen to know why my game is so blurry? It only looks clear with TAA disabled through a mod but when it’s back on I have to turn up to 4000p to get an even slightly clear image
Rockin the Rift S? Might get mine outta it's box, only headset I own!
noice!
I played Skyrim for the first time in PSVR.
Lots of peeps told me they were jealous.
I will enjoy playing this game for the first time with the updated mod come New Year’s Day 😃
does this fix dlss for horizon too?
Im not gonna play this game now until i get my MeganeX Superlight headset.
COME ON Luke Ross please work on Warhammer 40k Space Marine 2 please~~~ its 2024 best co op game
So you said you use the same settings as before, is that the video from 11 months ago? That was when I played this mod last, thanks for the video im glad to see this progress!
Someone really needs to mod motion controller support in to go along with this mod I don't expect much just something similar to alien isolation.
Maybe one day we will be able to connect V's skeleton to the motion controllers. A man can dream.
Have reinstalled the game yesterday and most of my mods so I guess it is time to try this game in VR finally
I AM IN NEED OF VR GAH DAMN ! xD
That's why I wait for the 5090, I already tested the latest update with my 3090 and really enjoyed it Luke Ross is amazing, but it's just so much more immersive if you can crank the graphics way more up. I know that it will be one of the best gaming experiences ever next year. Didn't even play the game that much, let alone the expansion, so it will be amazing to fully enjoy this with all the bells and whistles.
Is your map working oke? I got some weird overlay in the text when I go over the destinations and missions. It's like I see the text double it's almost unreadable.
