And the city still looks lifeless. No amount of increase in graphics can fix gameplay shortcomings and things like A.I. and interactivity.

I do not consider a third person camera mod a graphics mod.
What people understand under graphics mod is that it soly enhances the visual quality.
For my second character at first I wanted to get the frenzy ending. So I beat Margit and godrick knowing that I could skip them both. I decided to do them both cuz they're both fun bosses. After that I journey straight to the alternate route to lyndell without the dectus medallion and trust me that route was tough at low level. Afterwards, I arrived at the capital, reached the sewers early and became a follower of chaos.
Then it occurred to me that I didn't want my character to be a part of it for it doesn't suite her so I went to Carlos to find Millicent for the sake of getting miquella's needle to subdue the frenzy whilst serving ranni and finally becoming her loyal consort(The End). Overall I enjoyed that experience because it felt like my own made up storyline.also fighting placidusax really felt like the end of my journey because it felt like I had a purpose to fight him too.
I wish there was more graphics mod on this list as some don't don't count as graphical enhancement.
Anyone know other additional graphic mods that enhance gameplay and work with these? I would be very thankful 🙏 🙂
The best thing about Skyrim is you have the 3rd person mod, you have so many armor mods and weapon.
Cyberpunk is none.
