Your little conclusion at the end is spot on. A reason why this game is so bugged is bc everyone worked overhours (up to 100 hrs/week) to get it out asap. Not only is it exploitive and so very unhealthy for everyone who did this amount of work, it also resulted in a buggy game that in the worst cases (like yours) didnt even allow for the player to finish properly. This shouldnt happen. I dont get why the release wasnt pushed further back, not only for the sake of quality but also the health of everyone who worked on this. Anyway, Ill stop here, bc rambling in a youtube comment section never changed anything.

This game is so ridiculously not finished. It needs at least another 3 months of QA and bug fixing. Whoever forced this game to release before Christmas NEEDS to be fired.

Yeah, I think honestly the fact that they locked off relationship options behind what gender you choose is dumb, only because there’s ONLY 4 stable relationships to choose from. And it’s based on if you are male or female or gay or straight. And you have no options to choose from outside of that, which feels like they shot themselves in the foot. Most games you can romance anyone no matter what you chose, thinking of AC Odyssey and Valhalla, or Skyrim. These side characters are soooooo flushed out, and I love them so much that I’m doing my best to finish all their stories, I romanced Panam as my choice and that story was sick, especially since I started as a Nomad myself. But I also really loved Judy’s precious character. And if I could have I probably would have chosen her too, and I will once I can play it on PS5(when they put it back in ps stores, my buddy managed to help me secure one but I gotta wait till after it comes in so even when it gets here I gotta wait for ps to allow it to be sold again).
I hope that’s something they consider changing, because it’s a severely limited choice. Otherwise I’m really enjoying the game, it has its fair share of bugs, but I love it none the less. My only other concern is the utility uses for mono wire and gorilla arms, but I think they’ll get to that.

Takemura dies in that mission unless you ignore Johnny and try to find and save him.
So, is the story of this game that short, or is it really just rushing main storyline?
I don't think that even that heavily edited and story-rushed, for example, Witcher 3 would fit in just this few episodes.

Aww man I'm sad you couldn't finish the game.. the bugs do bring the experience down.. hopefully you can play the game again for yourself in a few months once all the patches are out and there's DLC and stuff.. definitely worth trying out a min/maxed build, it's a lot of fun!

Yeah if you got to the left as soon as you fall in the apartments you can save takemura and he and oda ( if you keep him alive ) will help in the arasaka ending.

As much as I like watching this, it hurts so much to see how you just skip conversations and go in with your guns. There where multiple quests in this video where you could have had many different outcomes but you just instantly shot someone and missed all that. Also missed many endings because you just ran through the main quest and ignored anything else 🙁
