  1. look at the cpu + gpu % usage. 1650Super is the bottleneck. i3-10100 @ 70%-80% can push a 2060 to 100%. i3-10100 is almost equal to an i5-10400 in most games in 2020, Only few games need more cores & threads and More L2 L3 cache, so yeah if at your place i3 vs i5 price not much different, then go i5. At my place i5 cost twice the price of an i3 & you only get 25-35% gain overall.
