Is this… a daily upload? I don’t think this will become a regular thing, but this video was just too exciting to wait till tomorrow. Playing vanilla lasted a grand total of one day (applause), so we’re back in out of bounds areas where we belong.
With the 2.1 update dropping for Cyberpunk 2077, metro stations are now a very real thing in Night City. Except, they’re not, they’re sort of just for show. So what happens when we go to one of these stations? Does the game blow up, does GTA 6 suddenly appear in front of us?

Makes you wonder why they decided to stop building on this game if they still had so much they could have done !
I hope at least on PC modders make a mod that allows the player to free roam inside this new stations because they are very well crafted and it's a shame we can't free roam on them, maybe a metro system enhanced mod or something
Update: I talked with the original Metro Mod creator on their Discord server and he told me that it might be possible to do something with this metro system because now they have a good foundation that they didn't have before, and he even showed me a WIP he had before CDPR announced the metro system where he was working on walking inside the train on his original mod, so maybe he can implement that on CDPR's version
Monument to compromise.
This looks very much like the concept art when we see V sat on the train in a station with all the cops and shit going down outside from way back before the game released
Every time i see the cut content of Cyberpunk. My Autisim kick in and i wanna know more.
Been nice to see that Not Subscribed percentage go down over time, enjoying the content
I imagine a mod for this would be pretty easy to implement. 1. Take away the ncart barriers so you can walk onto the platform. 2. Add an animation for the ncart train to pull onto the station when you get a certain distance away from the track. 3. Replace the ncart barriers with the doors of the train. (Feel like teleporting onto the train is no big deal)
Here we go again.
It feels like a second expansion was going to use the transport system and this is the remains.
Id have loved a mission on a train stuck at full speed till you sole the problem or a who done it on a train!
Keep up the great work, it's really nice to see that subscriber deficit slowly shrinking 👏
Good stuff as always! Request, are you able to give us a camera view of the outside of the cart whilst it’s in motion?
Thank you . For your content. Great find. Just needs to be unlocked
It's mainly due to time constraints. They have to set a goal and not stray from it…else you get scope creep which is a horrible thing to have happen… because it means you essentially never finish since your always adding things here and there that you think won't take much time but it all adds up in the end.
FYI I know this because I am a software engineer.
Also another Idea or request if you haven’t thought about it, could we get a full rundown of the Morro Rock spaceport and the inaccessible carpark in its centre? Appreciate your work dude!
Just wanted to mention that I've been really enjoying your content. Very few people make niche videos covering the things you do, so I really appreciate you taking the time to make these 🙂
Subscribed! Decent content!
I actually just got in there on console right before I saw this video
I haven’t seen anyone point out that the interior of the Tram in no way matches the exterior of the current in game Tram model, it completely breaks immersion when you notice it and don’t understand why that wasn’t addressed
I'm 50/50 on that station… could be that it's just a set dressing to keep the travel underground somewhat interesting… or even at this feature they ran out of time and had to scrap this station.
Tbh to me the whole ncart system looks somewhat rushed, but hey a nice bonus on top of what we already have, so I can't complain and a glimpse to what could've been
I’ve noticed something very interesting that I don’t think you considered in your video.
But first real quick I’ve noticed that the majority of people reading this comment haven’t like it so please if you can go ahead and like it, I would greatly appreciate it. Okay now back to my comment:
Actually nvm I forgot what I was going to say.
does that mean they are slowly releaseing more metro content in future updates?
I think this was "what content do we have that was VERY close to implementation, doesn't mess with the story & can be finished prior to the Ultimate release" – the 40g we got is GREAT but it is clearly stuff that they ran out of time on during the previous patches and is a very nice bonus dump for us obsessed players. I really wish it was a sign that they'll continue adding to this world while another team works on the sequel…and who am I to say they're not…but I really feel this was a nice gift due to the overwhelming positive response and sales of PL. So, crafting 19 fully working and kitted out NCART stations was just not doable for the scope of the project. You know, maybe if sales and talk remain high they will reconsider and we will get more world tweaks, vehicles and gigs while we wait for the sequel. I just feel that since they are co-developing now 2 MAJOR AAA titles that they just wont have the resources.
If you like and are a big fan of Cyberpunk 2077, subscribing to your channel is an obligation. I have 1200 hours of Cyberpunk 2077 and I'm not finished, I started on PS4 pro and "thanks" to the bugs of 2020 and the inability to find a PS5 I built myself a racing PC and since then I I completely abandoned the PlayStation because it became a money mafia and no longer a community of video gamers. We must remember that Christmas 2020 there were more PS5s at $1,200 on Ebay than as gifts under the Christmas trees for our young people. It was Playstation which increased the price of games and consoles and now they are subscribing to them. Discovery services, this company has become so unworthy and disgusting that I no longer give them €1. Thank you for your videos.
The 2.1 update served only one purpose – get votes for the game awards. That made economic sense – the votes would make the game visible and they'd get holliday sales from their ultimate edition.
4:25 the bench says "change is coming" perhaps 2.1 is not the last we see of the ncart stations? maybe there are plans for an expansion? how many updates could there be left for this game because iirc, cdor said 2.0 was the last "big" update but id argue that 2.1 is one of the biggest we have seen so far, excluding 2.0. like none of the 1.0-1.6 updates ever add this much content before so…what are they cookin?
surely this means there is more content to come
