  1. OWG's facecam shows us something important: He has the ability of a seasoned newscaster. no fancy editing… just professional and articulate straight delivery. I think it was a really good choice

  2. From Software has already made several games better then Skyrim and The Witcher 3 so the odds on Elden Ring delivering is very high.
That said Dark Souls 3 and Sekiro are some of my least favorite From Software titles so they need to get back on track.
Depends on the gamer though. A lot of gamers seem to think highly of The Witcher 3.
A lot of gamers also think The Witcher 3 is far beneath games like Zelda Ocarina of Time, Shadow of Colossues, Dark Souls and Dragon's Dogma.
Clearly Elden Ring is inspired by these other games not Skyrim or The Witcher 3.
What I find most annoying about CD Projekt is they present themselves as such a high quality developer when they're extremely young company that's proved very little and recently made a pretty medicore game.

  3. First things first game looks amazing and can't wait to play it second im more about gameplay than graphics so I feel like they could've worked the combat more cz it feels like I will just be swinging and rolling lol gaming industries seem to be working more toward graphics than gameplay now a days but that's just me

  4. Souls series was never actually hard. It used cheap stunts to make it pretend it was, but massive damage, waiting and resetting zones aren't difficulty. Now, before anyone thinks I was some try hard, I died over 200 times in the first game, more in the second and third, but it was always because I got too impatient. I hate having an ACTION game, RPG or otherwise, FORCE me to wait for an opening. But the Souls series is based on simple pattern recognition and patience. This looks a bit more forgiving in that regard, so I'm interested, but I've been burned before. No pun intended.

  5. This looks exactly like Dark Souls 3, or a dlc for it same janky animations for movement, combat, magic and the same stiff characters player character model, same oversized bosses. Not impressed, expected more, something fresh from Elden ring. Sitll be fun as more Dark Souls, but thats all.

  6. elder ring not appeals to my style of games, why? not in first person… basically this is the problem
think how insane will fight against those gigant boss in first person, you absoluty see a giant mass close to your eyes! insane stuff… but, people in general like to be a ghost flying in the back of a character… i never feel involved, i never feel part of the game in third person, this is why skyrim, and cyberpunk 2077 appeals to me, obs, i never use horses on skyrim, why? because it remove first person, even in olders game of elder scrools franchise you ride the fucking horse in first person, why they removed first person from it? not sure, but, i totally use horses only to try skill since you can hit they ass to level up LOL

  7. Really don’t care about this game.

I’d rather see Mass effect and Dragon Age new updated content for their new titles.

Hell Tiny Tina has more of my attention than this game. Same with Blue Protocol !!

  8. Looks outstanding but yes, keeping the hype on low despite being confident this game will rock. I also welcome the idea of either difficulty levels or just not being stupidly difficult at times like Sekiro. There's certainly nothing wrong with the challenge and it can be enjoyable, but games with open maps and exploration components should be able to give players some relaxing play experiences to balance out the challenging bosses and enemies. I like the size of the map too, it's big but not so big that it's ridiculous. Let's hope the map size means that the content will be extensive and of course the immersion of storylines and side quests is definitely crucial. I'm playing Far Cry 6 right now and although I'm having fun, I'm not that immersed in the game and it probably won't be a keeper for me.

  9. No hype here, I'll be impressed if it comes out bug free which is asking a lot since most of the AAA game publishers have adopted the "ship it now, fix it later" approach. Marketing creates glitzy, Oh Wow! type demos that sucker in the easily impressed and all you get is a polished turd served on a silver platter on the day of release.
