Okay so this part happens to me after the life during wartime mission outside the motel where you got Wellman
Is this supposed to disappear from your quest log? I don't have it in either the active or completed quests after talking to johnny
To whom it may concern: I rode to the bldg on the motorcycle. Smoked the thug posted out front on the stairs. Walking towards the area shown and the conversation began automatically
How does this mission kick in. What do I have to finish or do to trigger it.

I don't know what to do so i finished the Tapeworm mission talked to johnny after going to the elevator spot and making the scene happen now i Have no Main missions at all and i am doing what other people are saying would fix it which is "go to afterlife and then let johnny take control of you" i walked in and out of afterlife for hrs and completed Every side mission and non were "Chippin it" so i am confused on what to do I don't know

SOLUCION AL PROBLEMA DE LA MISION FINAL
Todo lo que tienes que hacer es cargar un guardado que esté en la parte de la búsqueda y destruir antes de llamar a la puerta 4 veces
en su lugar, tendrás que ir a un lugar en el mapa que puedas ver en minuto 0:13 de este video https://youtu.be/5YB2ZH2jXEY
Justo cuando llegues ve y entras en el ascensor y se reproducirá una escena de corte de la tapperworm de la misión que está fallada y no en nuestro diario. Después de esto, continua con la misión y toca 4 veces a la puerta de el escondite y a disfrutar la misión normalmente y debería funcionar

Ok ok. If u were having glitches and were not experiencing this part. I went bacl to the exact elevator and it triggered the scene. So DO NOT RESTART THE GAME.

I got this dialogue after the mission where you go to clouds to look for Evelyn but the “tapeworm” quest doesnt appear in my journal
After talking to him the tapeworm job popped up but then I go into my journal and it’s not there
I know one trigger mission for this it's the mission where u talk to hanaka after that I got the mission

I guess I missed the spot to trigger this at first. Saw this video came back to the spot and it started up. I was skipping time like a dumbass waiting for takemura when it was this.
I done that mission and I did not get the mission

I finished Search and Destroy and did Tape worm but Nocturne will not show up in my missions. So annoying, I went to sunset motel apartment 102 cause I thought it might activate it but nothing. Anyone else have this bug?

If Someone is having troubles with this mission , I suggest you to take the elevator to level 1.
Get the elevator down to grow Nd floor cutscene activated for me
