Tried my best to minimize spoilers. Few still shots of David here and there to better illustrate my reasoning behind his build. TLDR: David probably watched cyberpunk guides before building himself lmao
Cyberpsychosis mechanic would be awesome, something like Witcher's toxicity level. CDPR even talked about something like that for Cyberpunk in that 40-ish minute presentation video, IIRC.
What about his arm cannons?
Imagine how crazy multiplayer would be with multiple people using a sadevistine … that would be any programmers nightmare

Shame that you can't add the legendary short circuit quickhack to this build. The passive on that quickhack causes every crit with any weapon to deal an additional 2-3k damage depending on your level and I'm able to dispatch multiple enemies on very hard at level 50 with just one single clip. Having that in addition to your gorilla arms would let you tear through practically every enemy provided your crit chance is high enough

Even though i expected a bad ending it still hit so hard and the song also stuck in my head too 😭😭
No good ending in Night City
The game tells you a cautionary tale about cyber psychosis and asks will you make the same mistake as David? And it’s like, yeah, I would, only it’s not an option. 😔 It makes sense for V given the brain eating chip and the not having long to live anyway. And the fact that you take on Adam Smasher who’s 96% Cybernetic. I want my V to look like Rebecca, white plasticy skin and cool eyes. Mostly cybernetic too.
I think the show helps the game. Another game would be so so sick, just sucks we’ll have to wait forever. That will be a HUGH reveal though. I don’t want a sequel with V, just a new story and another Night City legend in the making. With flying cars too plox!

I wish the handcannon had more features to it. The anime really did a great job in portraying how lethal it can be.
@10:14 you know this doesn't really play a factor in Cyberpunk though and the show really makes Cyberpsycosis a "common" thing which it really isn't especially in David's situation in the show.

Having the girl, running a crew. Sure he was depressed for losing mom but these alone shouldn't have had him on the "edge" considering his endurance and tolerance for chrome. Love the show to bits though and love this build. Very similar build to mine when I first played 2077. Using Berserk instead of the Sandi

If anyone's going to do this, get the Time Dilation mod. Any goon that has a sandevistan will also use it. Adam Smasher also has one.

I don't get what so special about David Martinez. A new mission was added to the game, the sole purpose of which is to go and pick up his jacket. As if it is the implement of some deity.
Ok, he is a key protagonist in a masterfully done anime series. The story incites a range of emotions in viewers from all over the world.
But still, taken out of context, he's just another street punk who happened to be in the right (not too wrong?) places and times then ultimately went out in a blaze of glory.
Could've been literally anybody else from NC.
Sad that this anime was 10x better than the game. The show had that intently human connection but also true cyber insanity, car chases etc that I would have liked to see in the game. The game was so tame. Just like GTA 2077. The show pushed the boundaries more.
Sandevistan alone is busted. Been using it since launch and have never switched back lol.
How does David use the bathroom if he's just a torso? 💀😭
This game hurts me, I love the world and characters and story but the way the leveling system works ruined it all for me. The way everything scales so the gear that fits your build falls behind the meta, the way upgrade costs scale exponentially until your most upgraded gun falls behind the meta, the way enemies get more health even though it doesn't make sense for a random street punk to be more durable than an Arasaka guy in full combat gear. I just can't play the game until this level scaling stuff is overhauled and I'm not going to bother with mods while the game keeps getting mod-breaking updates to fix game-breaking bugs.

After watching the show I wanted to see if making a Gorilla Arms Sandevistan was viable compared to just using Berserk. Thank you for doing it for me
