In this video, I’m going to show you how to build an absolutely cracked netrunner assassin in Cyberpunk 2077. I like to call this the Ninja Edgerunner. This build focuses on quickhacking and stealth to strike from the shadows and wipe out entire groups of enemies without being seen. This video will explore the exact perks, attributes and gear you need to bring the Ninja Edgerunner to life.

  1. I made my own Dirty Harry (Dirty V, hehe) and High Plains Drifter builds which were fun and very similar, basically wardrobe changes, but played nearly a year apart, different updates and still very fun. I am currently playing my Fallout 4 version of Elwood Blues and wondering how Elwood be played in Night City. Life path really can only be street kid, but a very different street kid. I am wondering, how you would play Elwood?

  2. I added 12 to reflex so I can get a Sandevistan and 18 for tech so I can craft legendary weapons and for cyberwear mantis blades so my build is a ninja hacker but still has the spirit of rebecca in him.
Step1: star shooting up the place but run out of bullets.
Step 2: Screw bullets make them all shoot themselves.

  3. Just a quick correction: You do not need any perks to receive quickhacks from Access Points and most builds actually rely on this feature as very few people raise INT all the way up to 20.
Another super important addition to this build should be always having Legendary Sonic Shock equipped, which will allow you to use combat classified quickhacks such as Overheat or Short Circuit without the enemies alerting each other.

  4. Just gonna say it now.. a perfect mixture of gta and cyberpunk online with actual flying cars. Gtas car physics and more properties to buy and one of there single player type stories wrapped up online with cyber punks crazy stories and choice change outcomes. Would probably be the best game ever until I died 😆.

  5. Don't sleep on the biodyne mk2 at 12 sc from Cassius in North Watson has like 6 base ram and i think a 6 or 8 buffer size. Good in between for the seshtronic and the 30 sc cyberdecks.

  6. I built this with out realizing. I added some points in Cold Blood cause there are a few QuickHack related skills. I actually ended up with a ton of skillpoints cause I had to level up other areas. You can make this build basically unstoppable by level 35. I am god awful at shooters, but some have the best RPG story, which is my primary drive when picking (and keeping with) a game. SO when I saw I could just sneak and quick hack through a camera, I never looked back. I am V, The Nightmare of Night City! You never hear me or see me, but will know when I find you.

  7. I’m doing a ninja netrunner with pistols and throwing knives. Loving it. So glad I started playing again. The patches really fixed a lot of the issues I was having. Helps that my wifey bought me a ps5 too. Lol

  8. Optics Reboot Legendary passive and Head Start perk with Contagion is just a chiefs kiss, especially if you have Poison perk form Ninjutsu tree. With NetWatch Netdeck it's a mass destruction.

  9. This build no longer works. Using quick hacks, even those attached to Breach Protocol, alert the enemy that you are there and they immediately begin trying to hack for your location.
