Check the description for your sniper rifle. It has a built-in silencer.
Rachel seems like a pretty terrible person, but I kind of like her.

i think most of the reason the sniper rifle is feeling good is that when ya get weapons form quest and drops their roll stats for your level and you havent upgrades in a while so the dmg increase is notable. aside form that panams sniper rifle does have a inbuilt silencer which is nice! thanks for the vid

The thing you picked up in the end probably belonged to one of Militech's high ranking people. Like their C.E.O. It's probably why they went to get it back. Plus it's probably super valuable to the point you could bankroll wars off what you'd get for it.
Ha, i could never complete the quest. Always thought: "Man, that idiot can't kill these guys, ah shit i'm not walking away from this" and shot Vasquez. That Mofo is so overleveled (the levelling in this game is REALLY annoying… first thing modding has to change)that he just turned around and one-shot me… nothing to hide under that bridge there… and so i tried and tried…. and then never touched the quest again, hehe.
Sinnerman is legit my 3rd fav quest in this game (top 10 total), so good…also such a good character moment for V (based on what you use)
The sinnerman jobs are so so good!
I really like how the Sinnerman quest begins, makes you really wonder what's going on for a while, then it's both pretty crazy and interesting at the same time.
