  1. Is there an option to create a new character instead of resetting? Like GTA? I’ve never played just curious, if there isn’t they should add one knowing the state they put they game out in originally, shouldn’t punish your OG players who kept you afloat by not letting them in on all the new goodies without having to delete the character they’ve had hundreds or thousands of hours on lol

  2. Every time I replay this game and pick it back up I get convinced it’s one of the best games of all time… right up until you hit a brain dance sequence. Like that has to be the worst mechanic ever created in any videogame ever. Worse than the watchers in halo 4, or the stealth missions in spiderman PS4, or even the car sections in mass effect 1. They make me want to drop the game entirely from how tedious they are.

  3. I’ve given this game multiple chances and it’s struck out every time. I tolerate Halo’s BS due to nostalgia and loving the pro scene. Cyberpunk has neither of those for damn near anyone.

I appreciate CDPR for taking the time and getting the ship back on course, but I’m not starting a new character when I’m already 80 hours in on my first one.

    Ridiculous.

  4. I've played on and off since last year, but I only have about 22 hours in. Practically just through the first chunk of the storyline. I feel like I'm safe to continue this character and "get the full new experience" as intended.

  5. I agree. Or, starting from the phantom liberty start.
If you did all of the NCPD / gig events, you're not going to be able to get the cyberware shards you need to max your cyberware capacity. Trust me, don't build your old max character out, just choose either a new start or phantom liberty.
Old characters are capped at what they're able to do (at least, if you already did everything)
