The car that you found in the beginning is a Quadra Type-66 Javelina you can buy it for ~70K €$ from Dakota. It wil pop up in the Biotechnica fields in the south. Its the second best car in the game. The 112K €$ Mizutani Shion Coyote is the best car in the game.
Notice how each "Cyberpsycho" had a traumatic event which pushed them over the edge?
Cyberpsychosis doesn't really exist.
It's just something that the Corps invented to sweep under the rug any thoughts that it is a person's societal and psychological torment they have experienced, more often than not, due to another's influence upon them.
The Corps invented the term Cyberpsychosis as a way to dismiss these individuals as insane.
Much like our modern-day handling of the mentally ill, we dismiss the reasons why and hope the problems will fade away into obscurity.
Ripperdocs also sell items (including cyberware mods). It's easy to miss.
Living hand-to-mouth is an idiom meaning that they are surviving with only the barest essentials. I think it comes from the idea that whatever the people in that situation earn goes into buying food so their money goes from their hand to their mouth.
The best car in the game doesn't cost anything, and you get it automatically if you're not an awful person.
The "Cyberpsycho" with the sniper rifle. From reading the shard, he appears normal , and he states the he did a job for the VDBs, and was struck by a blinding light and then saw a "guardian." He then became "insane" making sacrifices to some god with his sniper rifle.
It seems that he was brainwashed by these VDBs, (who are known as the VooDoo Boys, who are notorious Netrunners doing some really spooky stuff).
Be careful of the VDBs, they will, as anybody in Night City as they will use you and in the process make you feel like it benefits you most, when in reality it's the opposite.

Just aimlessly driving through the Badlands, or the city for that matter really has become a fun way to past time in the game. I actually discovered several missions not marked on the map by randomly scanning my surroundings looking for traces of any sort of suspicious activity. Drops of blood on the sidewalk, a body hidden behind a dumpster, a team of corpo soldiers researching something in the middle of the desert.

49:43 The way they design this is really really bad. When you pick the conversation shard, the window is automatically open and naturally you'd want to read it first. But at the same time in the background you get a follow-up notification that only stays for a moment? Most people will miss it! Granted, it usually only a small crate with nothing significant on it but still, they could've designed it better.
