Nothing spawns there for me, is it possible that I've been there before and therefor it wont respawn?

Had a character pre newest update. Stopped getting shards after the update. Made new character getting shards now…
So I cans get a legendary money shard earlier than level 45 😱?
I’m level 9 can I still do this glitch
This also works with XP shards
Been grinding to reach level 40. 1 more level to go and hopefully should start seeing legendary shards!
i found another trash can at that little orange outpost directly opposite the grand imperial mall fast travel point. it’s that area in the parking lot right across the street. if a group of enemies spawn there, good chance for good drops and the trashcan in that area does the glitch. I was able to grind up to 600,000 credits and did a full respec, and I have that save file just in case.
Got the skill shards to actually work finally, lol. Lv 60 engineer. Still need to raise overall character lv though. Was under the misconception that skill shards would also simultaneously raise that xp as well. Oh well, gonna try to farm other shards to raise solo, headhunter, etc.

Dropped a legendary Cyber Capacity Shard (+6 capacity) and glitch worked perfectly. Worked also with every EXP card for all professions, always first try. Walked all along the beach and farmed these all till I dropped one. With everything worked first try. But never dropped a money shard and I am level 48 now. But I don’t care got everything max except money and normal level. Thanks a lot
Edit: Dropped no money shard not even a lower one over 4 hours trying but for everything else worked ALWAYS first try (5-6 times glitched)
Sadly nothing spawns for me and im lvl 49 just epic ability sharda :/
