With R9 3900x 32 ram and 3060ti i managed to maxout with ray tracing at 1080p with 70+ frames. RT off gets me 100+
I'm shocked that it can't 60fps but forgot to see the resolution 😅 turns out it fine at 1080p on desktop. time to see it on laptop as i just recently watched rtx2060 struggle on laptop even at 1080p as i needed portable workstation

I think you're CPU is causing some bottlenecks
GPU usage is ~60% for a lot of this video which suggests some of the cores on your CPU are pinned and your FPS would be 40% higher with a better CPU.

So you lose fps when you go from 1440p to 1080p. Which actually makes since its the cpu that's bottlenecking it even though its only 50% usage.
Honestly , this game is asking way too higher specs for what it delivers ! Really hope they optimize down the line . Especially for the PS5/XSX version
