8:19 – I'm gonna bet that the game deliberately avoids letting any NPCs kill other NPCs in normal combat. So the player gets to do it all.
It still happens when it's designed to, like in turf skirmishes. But this here looks like a repeat of how long it took Judy to hit that Clouds guy. Did she in the end? I don't remember.

People are crying that this game is short meanwhile Welonz has clocked something like 56h into the game and still has tons of side quests and main missions to go through.
13:42 that was pretty impressive.. until you ran over that cop lol (that Kusanagi with these colors was pretty awesome too)
It's very subjective but with everything else that goes on in NC, Valentinos are kind of ok.
Hacking access points is the only one thing that always aggro people, even outside of missions. Civilians that see you doing it will run away and anyone marked yellow will turn hostile.
Welonz mantra will be "If I take this will they get mad" (then does it anyway, just out of curiosity) 😒
Your music volume may be set too low, I think I remember you setting it that way so you could speak over it?
In case anyone is wondering, at 17:37 it says "Por la familia vivo", and it means "I live for the Family" (Referring obviously to the Valentinos)
And the other 'Calavera' says "La Huesuda" which roughly translates to something like The bony lady or skeletal lady lol, which is a common way to refer to La Santa Muerte, The Holy Death, a deity that is often worshiped by gang members or sicarios, like the Valentinos, in exchange for health, money, protection, etc. (and, considering Velonz didn't kill all of 'em, I would say it works…! well, at least this time worked xD)
