Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action-adventure story set in Night City, a megalopolis
obsessed with power, glamour and body modification. You play as V, a mercenary outlaw going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality. 1. The power-based sniper rifle Panam gave you can shoot through walls too. The GRAD model is my favourite, it deals hella lotta damage once upgraded. Honestly, I feel like V and Panam have a nice dynamic going for them; not afraid of teasing each once and awhile. Too bad you can't romance her if V's a girl. And the score playing in the background during the cabin scene… top notch imo. It's such a great "dream away" mood setter.

Regarding how to take down a mech suit like the one the cyberpsycho was wearing, if you scan closely vulnerable components will appear. Found this out myself after having issues dealing damage as well. Oh and in case you're interested, back in the basement where Saul was held you passed right by a crate holding legendary specs for a precision rifle + 3000 eddies I think :p

  2. Smartguns don't fire bullets, they fire miniature rockets, so no, you can't put a silencer on it.
Tech weapons act like a mini rail gun, using electricity and magnets to charge a metal ball, so they too can't use a silencer.

  3. Pro tip:
Holding the left mouse button to zoom, then using the mouse's scroll wheel will let you zoom in even more, and allows you to mark things you couldn't see before, and also amplifies the sound of whatever you're looking at, which is really great for recon. This, in conjunction with your scanning ability gives you a greater tactical advantage.

  4. Also apparently romance option were to a certain degree bisexual. At least pretty far into development as all you need to do is switch some flags around and you get a fully (!) voice acted romance.

  5. yeah, damn shame when I also picked female corpo V. and got shot down twice.. I tried most people, even River but in the end I had Judy and was glad that I was still friends with Panam and Aldecaldos. Although I didn't start as Nomad, these guys have become closest to my heart during the playthrough of the game.

  6. Saul isn't dumb and although I can kinda understand Panam not trusting the Corpos and traditions and all that, Saul was a realist and opportunist, something that can come in incredibly handy. Do not make yourself a slave to Corpos, but if the deal with them benefits you, why not?`Ultimately, also Saul wants to put the Clan first and be more independent, which, he could have been with some dealings, like the one you found at the cyberpsycho suggests. xerophytes are a type of plants that can grow under conditions with very little water… so the badlands basically . If you are self-reliant, growing your own food and shit, you don't have to take every job for scratch. That was a smart move Panam probably would have never considered, just because it was Biotechnica. She is way too hot-headed for this. I think Saul is the more rational and reasonable character of the two, but sometimes lacks balls and spontaneous vigor, what Panam has in spades and that sometimes is the only way forward… see the freeing Saul mission for example. So either one of them would make a pretty bad leader in the long term for the Caldos, but together, they kinda balance each other out I think…

  7. Nice job with Saul that route is only accesible with tech skill I never invested into it so my version of this mission took much longer had to sneak with saul through the whole facility and exit through the broken wall.

  8. whoa, never knew it was possible to avoid the chase scene at the end by avoiding detection! at 24:24 I was worried we'd have to endure the obnoxious PONPON SHIT for the dramatic escape, but thankfully Panam also groaned and turned off the radio, hilarious

  9. Just a heads-up, Scorpion's funeral that Mitch texted you about is one of a small number of time-sensitive quests that's timed before you start it, so don't sleep on it if you want to do it 🙂 Unfortunately the game gives you no indication of this, I missed it on my first play through.
You can meet him in the Aldecaldo camp.

Also, Panam's rifle is one of the best guns for ranged stealth in the game. Even though it's a power weapon it can still shoot through walls. There's a couple guns that break the rules like that, Johnny's pistol in his flashbacks being another.

  10. Interesting. I played that mission a couple of times and never saw the stealth route for rescuing Saul. One time got in without sounding the alarm but didn't see that quick exit and eventually broke stealth on my way out.
