Quest Director plays Cyberpunk 2077! #50

The stream started from a conversation regarding the 20th anniversary of CD Projekt RED, and afterwards we played a few pieces of Brendan’s storyline and helped Judy with her business in Clodus.

Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world RPG that I have co-created. As I love talking about design, storytelling, and psychology in games, I have started streaming on Twitch and discussing it all with my audience.

My goal is to share everything I have learned over a decade in the AAA games industry, openly exchange ideas, explain creative decisions and encourage the next generation of game designers and storytellers to create.

  2. Thank you for a interesting stream yet again! Really looking forward for the next patches and of course the expansion. Hope everything goes smooth with the development! Rooting for you guys!!!
P.S. Got about 430 hours in the game and still going :)) it just clicks something in my brain that keep pulling me in again for another playthrough and I'm ok with that :)))

  3. My preference in Witcher 4 is to play as Lorveth, Mysterious Elf or create a Witcher, rather than play as Ciri. I will pass on the game if that is the direction…Anyways, Love Witcher 3 (Wheres Lorveth) also need 3rd person cam in Cyberpunk along with recurve and compound bows.

  4. Sincerely, Pawel. Will there be any content in the game before 2023? As long as you can be silent, I and many players already have more than 1k hours. We need content, this is some kind of mockery already.

  5. If you're making new witcher please for the love of god don't drop that witcher 1 grim and dark atmosphere for "americanization" of slavic folklore. I even think you made Geralt "too pretty" in witcher 3, witcher 1 was the best rpg i ever played, so immersive, not even elder scrolls morrowind did that for me.

  6. Thank you for the stream! Great way to spend a sunday evening 🙂

I've got a question, which I was reluctant to ask on stream, so it ended without me asking, but if you don't mind I'll ask here – did streaming change you in any way personality-wise or it didn't have an effect at all? And how others at work see you after you started streaming? Sorry if those are silly questions, but I'm curious of how a habit like streaming changes people who aren't originally into it. Feel free not to answer if you're not comfortable with it of course, no pressure 🙂

    Regardless, have a great week!
P.S. Nice anniversary hoodie, I like the glasses cleaning cloth especially 🙂

  7. Pawel weird question but would Transformers be considered Cyberpunk? 🤣 and no I'm not secretly asking if we can pilot Optimus Prime in Cyberpunk dlc 🤣🤣🤣🤣 but seriously I'm not sure I'm still learning about the Cyberpunk genre it is very big for sure

  8. Hoping there will be a hoverboard/ skateboard in future. Cool idea I thought of, another way to traverse night city. Also, for us parkour people and skyrise adventurers, it would be awesome if there was some kind of parachute, but like a cyberpunk version haha. Cant wait to see what you guys implement

  9. Great stream. In terms of events how expensive is to make handcrafted Random events?
Also in Terms of Life paths do you Think it would have been better to have only 2 but more Fleshed out? Or would it Still take away allot from the budget?
Also maybe you Guys could have divided the Quests into different life paths. In Exsample In GTA5 each Charcter has their own side quests. Lets say you have 81 side quests total. Having Each life path have 27 Side quests each. could be a good way to make the life paths feel different.

  10. Going Up or Down is for me definatelly best gig you ever created with Team. So many options and outcomes. And that detail about electricity. Can I ask Sasko- who created this beautiful gig?
