Number of mod slots, and what's in them is totally random. Save about 30ft away before you get near it and reload til you get the max amount. 4 Max for Inner/Outer Torso Slots. 3 Max Slots for Everything else.

why would you edit this video like this? You show a map location, then start from a different point. And edit it together in a way that just looks like a map exit.

It's so odd, I got to the location and the chest is not lootable, nor is the legendary near the dead guy @the ferris wheel. I haven't met Takemura in the coffee shop yet, is looting certain legendaries lock away behind story parts?
Please SAVE before entering the door. The number of mod slots is always random and you can get up to 3. Most of the time, you get 1 or 2 though. Load and repeat.

hm well now i know about 2 helm "techi cap + media cap" locations and saw another legendary helm but do not know its location…
mine came with increases protection by 17.23

Got lucky and rolled two +30% crit damage mods for a total of +60%
