Man that ssd really makes a difference! Pretty much why I’m not buying new games that are available on next gen until I get a next gen console. I feel like I need a PS5 to play this game
I feel like the PS5 should be loading faster because it's like 5-10 seconds on my PC for load times and that's with a gen 3 nvme drive
My pc loads the game much faster than both, but I am aware that the Ps5 version isn’t truly next gen
and there is my PC less than 10sec lol
Think I might wait for the official ps5 version to come out. The time I get a ps5 ,I would be bored of the game.

External SSD on PS4 Pro is giving me 6 seconds of extra load time over the PS5 for the UI and new game load times. Same load times for fast travel as the PS5 but my character model and loadouts will be different but it shouldn't change much. I can't speak for the base PS4 but SSD upgrade to play this on the PS4 Pro is the way to go if you can't get a PS5. Money for the SSD won't be a waste because you can use it on the PS5 to play PS4 games.
Now, after patch 1.2, load times have doubled on PS5. CDPR has so much work to do on Cyberpunk 2077.
