Can you compare G7 Neo and G8 Neo at the maximum brightness? There is some information that in HDR G8 Neo is around 500 nits and G7 Neo is around 350 nits at 100% HDR window and there are practically no more than 2000 nit highlights in G7 but maybe they exist in G8 Neo?
It seems that in G9 Neo very bright 2000 nit highlights exist (lightnings, explosions, fireworks etc). They are damn quite bright that in most cases the brightness must be set at around 85% in HDR or even 65% in a very dark room (HDR brightness in windows is always set up to 100%), otherwise the eyes are hurt. Who wants 4000 nits? I doubt that it would be a good idea.
Neo g7 and neo g8 are native 10bit panels or 8+frc? ,also the neo g8 is capable of 4k 240hz from hdmi using dsc or not?
In your opinion, for dark room gaming, which monitor produces better picture quality overall? alienware ulwatraide with infinite contrast and better colors of OLED or the neo g7/g8 with 4k and superior pixel density?

I don't see a huge difference betwee the Samsung Odyssey NEO G7 and the G70a aside from 165hz vs 144hz and a huge contrast ratio difference (and bit depth). It's a $600 difference. What am I missing?
