  2. From what I've been able to tell, the best way to build a devastating weapon is stacking crit mods (weapon, clothing, perks, etc.) Then add perks that augment crit attacks. I accidentally found a tech rifle that had a +50% crit modifier. That thing kicked ass for me all the way to the end of the game, even though it was only rare. I just kept piling on things that worked with crit damage.

  4. As you've found, shotguns aren't that good. The range is way too limited. One way to make them work is the same trick you can use as a melee build. Lots of flash bang grenades. Stun them with a grenade, THEN charge them and blow them away.

  8. Oh, I don't know. My character is a few levels behind yours. I invested in handguns and a legendary 5 slot Overture, even though my stats say 35 or 36% crit chance, I swear every headshot is a crit and over 3,000 damage. My V's main gun, but I also have Lizzy for back up, because of the faster fire rate, better for bosses that constantly heal.

  12. Did you glitch the crunch mod with Drop Point Dupe? If not damn that really sucked, LMG is not that great to begin with, it's not better than assault rifles, not piercing cover as tech weapons. Hopefully it'll be patched in the future.

    on the flip side, Legendary Short Circuit with 100% crit Tech Shotgun blast everything to the stratosphere and beyond
