How to Stealth Camouflage like Metal Gear Solid games in Cyberpunk 2077. Instead of wearing a stealth camouflage suit, you go to a Ripperdoc in Rancho Coronado East to install a Optical Camo (Legendary version) that lasts 15 seconds with a 60 seconds refresh. The Legendary Optical Camo cybernetics implant installs in the Integumentary System (icon looks like a shoulder). Once installed in your Cyberpunk 2077 character, you should go into attack mode to see your arms and then press R1 button to activate the Optical Camo. Note that camera mode does not allow you to see the whole body camo, so what you can do is get one a motorcycle to see V’s complete body in bluish invisible camouflage. Gameplay on PlayStation 5 version of Cyberpunk 2077.
