Love how Nix gets outplayed so hard here by the better hacker so he resorts to threats like he could do anything to V mano a mano
i choose crpo V so i basically brought it dirt cheap without harming anyone
I just did this little side job for the umpteenth time, and did it differently for the first time. Firstly, if V buys the book and returns it to Nix, Nix does not 'repay you twofold'…he totally stiffs V. OTOH, if V demands a higher payment, Nix reluctantly gives in, but there are no consequences AFAIK. In this scenario, V doesn't use his own money, gets the goods and payout from Nix is pure profit [plus the contents of the spellbook…I got a Legendary System Reset, which will come in very handy in my later missions. I punched Charity and left her alive…hitting her with a lethal quickhack seems a little extreme, but whatever.
This is preem mind set. Outsmarting both Clarity and Nix. V actually tripled his profit here.
When I did this playthrough back then, I never really paid attention with how I do so I just immediately interact her laptop then she turned berserk, lots of cops come over and we are the circle of attraction Lol
