  1. The level of disinformation is pretty staggering.

Law suits are never going to punish the company in a way that would destroy it. It's even very unlikely to even result in a punishment.
The company is failing? It's still even with the shoddy sales making profit, and it survived all 6 years after Witcher 3 release (they already reserved the money to fixing the game and DLC from it's release, that's why stock value sunk to begin with), so it will survive the next 6 years after Cyberpunk release, until next game comes out.

Crew always changes. The company has over 1000 employees, even if they all worked from birth to death, there would still be 20-30 people quitting every year.

No faith in game getting fixed? The changes from release to 1.2 weren't meant to change the game, they were meant to provide stability and fixes in quests.

Cyberpunk surrounded by negativity? If you take away the review bombing 0 scores from Metacritic from accounts that never have reviewed a single game before, and accounts which may or may not have even played the game, the game is in 8.5 average score.

This is not to say the game has problems.

NPC dialogues definitely need a big improvement, boxing quests need more flavor added, gangs need more identity and reasons for you to go after certain crime scenes other than just wanting to prevent them. You need ability to pick fizers who you work for rather than constantly being asked to do stuff and filling your map with quests. The map needs to scale whenever you're driving. There's a ton of improvements the game can and will make in coming years.

The game is going to have multiplayer as well and next gen update which will definitely be both arrived in start of next year.

  2. Was hyped at first. Didn't get game on launch . Sat back and read and watched reviews and complaint after complaint. Never wanted to play due to all the negative comments. Now 6months later. I get cyberpunk. And it's 9/10 where are all the bugs now lol? Glad I waited . It's a good game

  3. Clearly there was a lot of hype around the game, but not all of that is the studio’s fault—gamers are gamers after all. The console version clearly shouldn’t have been released, but for PCs it’s not too bad at all. I don’t understand the hate from PC people, it’s like they’re just bandwagon jumping. The place where the game is best is the soft details… the story, the music, etc. If you are playing for that reason, the game is great. If you don’t want to experience the story and are just looking to run around and kill people, then I can’t comment.

  4. I dont have good enough hardware to complain about the performance of the game but i sure as shit find everything severely lacking on the content front.
hopefully in about 4 years its fleshed out and more fun.

  5. Even if they debug the game with next patches to a nearly bugless state, it's still gonna be a no more, than a 6/10 game. It needs so much more content and added new mechanics and also fixed/redone the already existing ones, to ever be called a good game. Also it's NPC and traffic AI are so bad and primitive, that they need to be vastly improved.

  6. You're speculating that a company, that make millions of dollars in pure net profit every month, will fold and shut down?
That's not how capitalism works lol

They have GoG and and a a catalogue of popular games netting them profits every month, it would be like Valve shutting down business and folding because Half-Life: Alyx wasn't a major success.
    They still show net profits.

  7. Cdpr even not in e3 to talk about dlcs , they think are smart to not talking about the game and social media / internet calm to what they did , i still hope game back to psn store and wait for dlcs , most important bugs and performance , but if they still working on game and dlcs they promise to all , but if not working god answer them because ruin everything , they must add third person view , new game + next updates for back player to the game and for love of god cdpr remove mission icon of clothes and weapons

  8. i mean people are still playing it but since its a singleplayer game the conversation surrounding it is what died, the game was just a big meme and Keanu Reeves contributed to the games's sales in its release, but only because of Keanu.

  9. Is CP2077 dead? No. This is the same conversation that was going on for the first 2 years of No Man's Sky. First YouTubers earn money by bringing down a publisher, like this video, and then make just as much from praising it to the heavens a couple of years later. (Watch this space.) Why the hell can't YouTubers just keep quiet until some REAL news comes out?!
