  1. This is a terrible take. The game launched with bugs, yes, but more people stayed and put a lot of time into the game than people who make a living talking about video games like to make it seem. You're a buffoon if you're going to call Cyberpunk an objectively lousy game before they started ramping up the patchwork. There were some objectively bad choices in development, sure. Releasing it on the last gen consoles was foolish af, but that wasn't representative of the game as a whole.

  3. I'm really hoping the praise can die down. I'm happy for the people playing, but CDPR did something awful. This short term memory that everyone seems to suffer from is just encouraging more horrible behavior from studios. Not that it matters, but I'll boycott CDPR the way I do EA and Ubisoft.

  4. This game is a perfect example of why my cousin waits at least 3 years before buying any game.

That way, by the time he buys a game, it'll usually have the latest patch and/or a complete edition with all DLC at a discounted price.

Gaming has been operating on a "release now, fix later" schedule since 2005 when the Xbox 360 came out.

  5. Sony had such little hope that the game would get any better that when they put it back on the store front theu offered it for a fiver ha i picked it up then after cancelling my pre-order, i got Elden Ring and sonmething else for the same price with the pre-order refund and ended up getting Cyberpunk for five quid lol

I just left thegame sitting there until patches were added and the game got better and once i started playing i loved it.

  6. Cyberpunk 2077 has always been amazing!!! I never had any issues and it's been up there with Baldur's Gate 3, Elden Ring, The Last of Us 1 and 2, etc… That is how phenomenal it's been since release. ❤😊

  7. It's not a redenption bro, it's a live service game. What did they do? Fixed the game they promised you at launch? Stop encouraging this behaviour, it ruins the whole industry. This is how the game should've launched to begin with.

  8. I played it on Stadia when it came out. No glitches, and it ran ok… But i just didn't like the story when Jonny Silverhand was introduced, I'd had enough and switched off the game.
