Definitely keeping him, especially since Regina deletes him anyway. He seems too fun to give up, even if I have unintentionally doomed him to puppy loving pacifist mode (didn't know until it was already too late and the auto save was gone, otherwise I'd have done the alternative)
I no longer get any fun facts or quirky lines, he just keeps saying bad user when I use him

Tell him you'll give him back, then never do the mission. Keeps his dialogues positive and in your possession.
I gave up on my 5 levels of progress, my max street cred, some legendary cyberware and a few other iconic guns just to get Skippy in headshot mode perm. Rolled back to an earlier save. I just had to. I like skippy so much
I will try duplicate skippy and see will it work. Give one away, keep other lol. Also I think there is craft spec for it somewhere.

Just choose SCK and install "peace" mod that turns off killing blows. Thats it.
